Terrible experience, cashier stole from friend and I. If I could give zero stars I would. I was going to the shopping center with a few other friends and we decided to go to Starbucks. My friend ordered her drink before me and she was asked what she would like to order she then told the cashier and her put in the order. He then printed a receipt and never asked if she wanted one. He threw away the receipt. Then he gave her 3 cents in change. Her order cost around $4.40 which would mean she gets 60 cents. Then my turn to order came around and I ordered a venti Caramel Frapucino and the cashier rang my total up to $6.10. Me being a young Student only had cash to pay with and I had no change and gave him a $5 bill and two $1 bills which is $7.00 in total and I should get 90 cents in change but after he asked for my order name I gave it to him and he said "Have a nice day." I then walked over to my friends and told them "I didn't get asked if I wanted a receipt and I didn't get any change. He also threw away my receipt. Later we all realize that the cashier was taking advantage of us because we were children and he didn't ask if we wanted receipts so we would not realize that we were owed change. And since we were never given a receipt for either of our orders, the only evidence we have of this is what we saw. This place gave me a terrible experience I will never be returning and I will be calling to make sure that the man who stole from my friend and I is punished for doing so. He committed theft and from two young girls. I will never be...

I typically drink my coffee black at home, but when I go to Starbucks for my fix I oscillate between this, something a little more exotic like a nitro cold brew with some heavy cream and cold foam or a caramel macchiato and the caffeinated milkshakes known as Frappuccinos. A simple iced green tea with honey or one of the Refreshers are also a good choice if you want something other than coffee.
If I'm hungry, they have great options for a light meal, some of my favorites being the spinach, feta and egg white sandwich or any variety of the sous vide egg bites. Any of their pastries are a good choice if you want to indulge your sweet tooth.
All of the food choices at Starbucks are markedly higher quality than comparable options at, say, a 7-11, and the chain is almost as prevalent, so if you want to treat your taste buds kindly while on the go you can't...
Read moreThey don't know how to properly de-escalate a situation with an upset customer. Frequently get orders wrong (from digital to in person orders). Has the nerve to argue with a customer and overwhelm someone who couldn't properly speak English. Yes, this is because said person was too intimidated to voice out their upsetting opinions in fear that the workers "protect their own". This place has gone downhill over the years. Quite disappointing. So no, I wouldn't agree that this place is a 4 star. 4 star deserves to be near fancy with robots and coffee beans delicately made. 1 star is over run by rats on caffeine. 2 star is passable as an operating cafe in which you can walk out with a beverage. Never said that it's the right one. 3 is that sweet spot, congrats, your store made it! So for those reading, hope you found this entertaining and a bit enlightened. You never know who's the customer, when, where. At least, try to de-escalate an issue properly. Signed by:...
