Ohhhh man today was just not the day to be @Stellas ā¦.. is it Friday the 13th or what ? Drove an hour and 1/2 to come get my mom &kids some pastries. This skinny ,tall guy w/glasses while in Iine practically ran me over trying to get to the table behind me where they have the sheet for cake pick ups No excuse me or please move just went past me that I had to move or he was gonna throw me to the ground . I moved and he did it again , like what the heck ? Then unfortunately I was up next and he was to serve me . With rolling of his eyes and attitude asked what I wanted. I asked for the pastries and asked for him to wear gloves . With his nasty attitude and rolled of the eyes again said they always wear gloves ummmm no u donāt ā¦. I just saw you serve the deserts and with bare hands he puts the paper in the box for pastries the same hands he just rang someone up & touches the money or someoneās credit card and touch the paper and pencil he wrote with and same hands u scratched your arm and passed that same hands through your hair and fixed your glasses you wanna do that and serve the pastries that are very very expensive and that I am gonna put in my body . NOBODY wants anybody elseās germs . What is wrong with yall . And then when I told him he had an attitude and wanted someone else to serve me he rolled his eyes again and shood me off like some animal and said whatever ?š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬after mid service with the other lady there he comes and apologized like really. ? Stay home with your attitude or leave ur issues at home so this poor stealla with her delicious š Pastries doesnāt have to lose anymore customers because of people like this guy that are getting payed to serve customers and think he is privileged to treat customers this way . Stella maybe u need to learn leadership again so u donāt have your severs treat your customers so rudely and walk all over you . I asked for gloves because my mom is in the hospital and wanted this fruit napoleonās to eat before her surgery Monday and she doesnāt need to get any more sick with someone elseās germs but that was too much to ask ā¦.. maybe Iāll come back next year and see if theyāve changed their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I had a 10 year vow renewal on 5/27/2016, which was a full blown wedding ceremony. First off, I was sold on this bakery when I walked in. It was quaint and very clean. The staff was also sooo sweet. I really have only dealt with Christine, one of the owners. I had my initial consolation in which we tasted her cakes, and we were supposed to chose a design. Well because I can be indecisive sometimes, and I wanted a certain look, I was not able to make a final decision that day. She offered to set up another meeting so that I would be comfortable with my choices. To say Christine was so patient with us would be an understatement!!!! She took my vision and offered great advice and suggestions!! We settled on 3 Cakes: one 3-tiered main cake and two smaller two-tiered cakes on the sides. I could not make a decision on the flavors, because they were allllll ssoooooo good!! So she simply stated do them all! I said that's a great idea!!! So yes we had 4 flavors: lemon raspberry, almond Carmel praline, red velvet, and chocolate chip with chocolate filling. When I walked into the reception area, I was in the middle of a conversation with someone, but when I saw the cakes, I ever so rudely, ran away from the conversation to the cake table in absolute awe!!! Stella Baking co, nailed it!!!!! Perfect colors, perfect, designs, and just absolutely breathtaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost did not want to cut them, they were gorgeous! I have received so many compliments about how good they were. One of my guests said that he had 3 pieces!! And the designs of the cakes, were amazing, it was everything that I had envisioned plus more!!! Thank you Christine and Stella Baking...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday, my father and I visited Stellaās Bakery to buy a pear tart for my momās birthday. What should have been a simple errand turned into a frustrating ordeal.
We agreed to wait 5 minutes for the tart to be glazed. In the meantime, we also ordered a French baguette, but were given the wrong bread. Despite this mix-up, we waited patiently. When the tart finally arrived, it was topped with peaches instead of pears. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the response was dismissiveāclaiming peaches were "just as good.". Fine, we thought, letās not ruin the day over fruit, even though it wasnāt what we wanted.
Later, when we finally cut into the tart at home, it was frozen solidāhard as a rock. It was clear the quality and service were severely lacking. This experience has deeply disappointed us. Despite being loyal customers, we will not return to Stellaās Bakery. It's sad to see a once-trusted bakery fail when it comes to both service and quality.
Save yourselves the trouble and find a bakery that values both their customers and the quality of their products. Stellaās Bakery has lost our...
