Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Google showed the store closing at midnight. It's a 24 hours store. The customer service here is terrible. All the tables and chairs were stack in the back closing off the bathroom. When I came in it was close to midnight. There was no one up front. I waited for awhile and made noise, no one came up front. Eventually someone came out. My wife had put in an order through the website. I talked to the lady behind the counter, she said she had no order and asked if mine was one of the others. They seem to have no plan or organization for the digital orders. Eventually mine came through. It made this horrible beeping sound and she kinda yelled at me asking if that was my order. I'm not psychic lady how would I know. I can't see the order. It was my order. I came through 20 min after it was paid for. While I was waiting a family came in without masks and were turned away. Another couple came in to order sandwiches, they did not appreciate the customer service either and were getting heated. Everyone that came in seemed to get upset at the customer service. Even the delivery driver left pissed off at the people working there. Something about trying to rip him off or wasting his time etc. Overall terrible experience. Then when I got the food home it wasn't made correctly at all. So many things missing, stuff added that shouldn't have been and the bread was tough like a chew toy. Would not recommend. Employees need retrain. Also don't bother going next door for chips, the covience store next door has a terrible selection of...

I haven’t had any issues with this subway until today. I ordered two footlongs online and everything was a mess. How could someone get an order so wrong from reading it? I ordered an Italian BMT with Italian bread and a Turkey Italiano with herb and cheese bread. I ordered for both of them to be toasted. I open the orders when I get home and the BMT was with Italian Herb and Cheese, not toasted. My Turkey Italian was with Italian bread not toasted and only Turkey was added. No pepperoni or salami was added which is stated that it is part of the order. No pepperjack cheese was added either. I arrive and the lady had me tell her the order multiple times. It wasn’t busy but she was busy having a great conversation with this guy she was tending too. Which I think they didn’t realize that I understood the conversation. If I wanted a Turkey and bread sandwich, I could’ve made this at home. I do not complain when my orders are messed up, but this really upset me because it was not even close to...

The food was okay, typical subway. Clean food bar, a bit frozen but edible.

The service was a nightmare though!!!! Beware the bathroom warden!!! You have to be a paying customer to use the bathroom. You need a passcode to use their dirty, disgusting bathroom, which looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s. It's unisex. There is no changing table for a baby. I think what irked me the most was. I was asking them how much I had on a gift card because we were actively trying to order food. And they couldn't/wouldn't look up the amount. They told us to go on the website which wasn't working. The phone number that they give you, actually tells you to go on the website than hangs up on you. So I'm standing there with one kid bawling because she had to go potty but they wouldn't give her the passcode to use the bathroom because we hadn't bought anything yet and the 2 month old baby bawling because she wanted a warm bottle and the guy couldn't provide any form of warm water.
