Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Update: Owner is very polite and accommodating. After receiving the Subway survey he reached out to me and offered to remedy the situation. He also went out of his way to deliver it to my work place. More business owners should care about their business like he does.

Past- I don’t ever write reviews, but don’t ever order online from them! If I could give them zero stars for their customer service I would. I was charged for an entire meal, then they forgot to give them to me. Ok, mistakes happened, so I called that day and told them. I was told that I could pick them up at any day or time. So I came in the next day after work to pick them up. BUT now I’m told that they won’t give them to me because I could have picked them up yesterday! When I was told that I could even be credited those chips or just pick them up any day. The late night crew were so not helpful and rude. This is my third time ordering and eating in the restaurant. The personnel is friendly and customer service oriented, no issues with them or the food. My only issue is with the fountain drinks dispenser. The owner needs to have the whole dispenser check, clean inside and out. The ice and the drinks has a foul smell, Smell like sewer and the drinks taste awful. I had that impression since my first visit, my second visit did not order a drink and tonite I forgot about it and order a drink and I am correct. The smell and flavor is awful, literally a sewer. I swear this is one of the worst Subway locations ever. I've driven out of my way to go to other locations to avoid this one. Because it was raining and this is the closest location, I decided to give it another try. Horrible mistake. I just walked out without getting any food because the person fixing my food told me how they were going to fix it and that they wouldn't fix it the way I was asking for it...
