Taco Bell / Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Maryland

It depends on who is working on how the food and service will be. When you place a DRIVE THRU order on the app, you expect to pick it up in the drive thru, not to have to go into the store for your order. Every time the one manager is working, she makes me go inside, even though NOONE else is in line!! If you're worried about your drive thru times, have someone else help you complete the order!! And when you put lettuce in tacos and push it down, it breaks the shells!! Every shell on every taco-6 total, were broken. Same manager, every time. The pictures are from our last visit where again same manager, broken shells, had to go inside..the nacho fries were cold, I had to actually ask her to fill the container more and it still wasn't full, neither was the cheese cup. I'd give less stars, but when their super star employee is working, the service and food are absolutely the best ever!! If I could get her schedule I'd definitely order more again, but lately it's always the other lady with a bad attitude, broken falling apart tacos and worse service!! I don't even get receipts from her to complete...

Below average service during the day, it's like they don't even listen to your order they are ALWAYS screwing at least one thing up. Night shift is 10x worse. Makes you wait 20 minutes for food when nobody else is even in there and there is 10 workers. As soon as I walked in the employee looked at me and walked away, all the employees were talking and laughing and messing around yet I had to wait 20 minutes for food. I got there at 9:30 and didn't get my food til 9:50. I planned on eating there so asked TWO different employees if I still had time to eat and both said yes. In the middle of eating another employee came up to me and told me I had to leave because they were closing. Also once again during this order they forgot an item. They also told my boyfriend that they had cinnabons and then 5 minutes later claimed they only had three left. I have to get extra cheese on my tacos everytime because if i don't they will put literally 6 little shreds of cheese on it. Will never come to this tacobell again worst service...

Fish was over cooked, the employees were back there playing around, doing absolutely nothing. The bigger heavy set woman with the purple nails was rude, very lazy, and acted like it was a problem because we asked for our fish and fries to be cooked fresh. The mgr really needs to work with her on her attitude or she needs to be fired because she is extremely rude. I wouldn't eat at this place again if you paid me. Poor service, no wonder so many of those places have went out of business....smh! Oh and as slow as the place was every table in the place was dirty, we had to get napkins to clean our own tables off. Very dirty place to eat I hope corporate sees this review because the mgr needs to be fired. Wasting all that labor and the customers have to clean their own tables off. The restrooms were fairly clean tht is about all the good I can say. This place is definitely not a good place to patron m don't waste...
