Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

10pm going around 11 I was in the drive thru waiting in line for about 20 minutes. Decided to shut the car off. When I tried to cut it back on it wouldn’t start, due the the car remote dying. The “owner” of the establishment was trying to be helpful at first, and then abruptly told me in a stern tone that I was “ruining is business”….(there was 4 cars behind me) He told me to call the cops.I said no because I didn’t understand the need for them when this situation was easily solvable. He would NOT leave me alone and was just going back and forth infront of me till my pops came. 10-15 minutes go by and he’s on the phone with someone while he’s taking pictures of the car and license plate. Told him multiple times that I had someone on the way and was just circling my car in the time being. I was under a lot of stress and it was obviously noticeable due to me crying and he still wouldn’t leave me alone. Why did he have to escalate such a small issue is beyond me but I won’t be coming here anymore...

Wednesday 10/23/24 3:26pm I decided to give you guys a try. When we first came through the drive through we didn’t know the menu as this was our first time trying Taco Bell. We were greeted with an unpleasant voice who was constantly rushing us to order after we already told her we needed a second. I ordered the nacho bell grande with extra cheese sauce, when I received my meal there was barely any so I asked if they could just add more giving that I paid $1 extra so I expect to receive it. The darskin girl with the long braids or locs either one with the hat on made us pay extra!!! You already had a nasty voice and impatient attitude with us at the speaker, now you’re making me pay extra for something I didn’t even receive that I paid extra for already in the beginning????? now I have to pay double!!?? ridiculous. I don’t see myself coming back to this location. Not with her there atleast. She should find another job if this isn’t...

Every time I order delivery at night, the order is WRONG!!!!! I've ordered the same thing multiple times over the past year (because I try to give folks a chance) at night & the order is ALWAYS wrong.

Chalupas come soggy, barely any meat, soggy lettuce and barely any cheese Hard shell taco's come soggy and wet....and thats If they even come since the order always wrong. Always the wrong sauce. I order Mild they send Hot. I order hot, they send Fire and Diablo. Soda is always a waste of time..... If I order Sprite, it tastes like carbonated water. If I order Baja Blast they send Sprite.

I'm sorry but whoever is hiring people that can't follow a simple order and prepare food properly needs to be replaced. And whomever the employees are need some...
