Here is my advice. If you are running a location that's basically surrounded by alternatives, selling the same, arguably superior products you are selling.
Often when I attempt to use the app, and I submit an order it rarely goes through. It's specifically with this location. I assuming they decide to not take online order at specific times. Judging from other reviews this location does its own thing with their opening and closing times.
I recently went in person to just place an order. The guy seemed annoyed I didn't place my order online.
Oh, and when you do order in person and pay with a card their tip prompt defaults to 15%, it does not allow you to tip nothing, which is also pretty sketchy. It Let's you tip higher, but hitting "no tip" conveniently does not work on...
