Tortas Hula Hula — Restaurant in Maryland

Tuve el peor servicio en este lugar, llegué un sábado a última hora de la tarde (casi la hora de cerrar) para recoger mi pedido que hice por teléfono, la comida estaba totalmente equivocada, el cóctel de conchas que pedí era principalmente tomate, cebollas y un montón de jalapeño, estaba extremadamente picante que ni siquiera podía comerlo lo tuvimos q tirar. Cuando volví al día siguiente para hablar con el gerente al respecto, no había nadie a cargo allí, dejé mi nombre y número para que me devolvieran la llamada y, por supuesto, nunca lo hicieron. Llamé de nuevo hoy 10/07/24 alrededor de las 5:30pm para hablar con el "gerente", quien realmente fue tan poco profesional mientras yo hablaba me dejó esperando en el teléfono, ni siquiera me dijo que le diera un momento simplemente me dejó ahi hablando sola, no le importó mi preocupación ni el hecho de que yo había desperdiciado mi dinero ahí $70. Soy gerente y déjame decirte que tu servicio al cliente es el peor cuando se trata de manejar quejas. Les recomiendo que proporcionen capacitación a estos "gerentes" y a las personas a cargo, porque no muestran ninguna empatía ni respeto por las preocupaciones de los clientes. ¡Es una pena! Nunca volveré allí y no se lo recomendaré a nadie, les diré an mis amigos y familiares que nunca vuelvan tampoco. ¡¡He adjuntado las fotos para demostrar mi punto aquí!! ————————————————————————————-

I had the worse service at this place, I came in on a Saturday late afternoon(almost closing time) to pick up my order that I did over the phone, food was totally wrong the cóctel de conchas I ordered was mostly tomato, onions and a bunch of jalapeno, it was extremely spicy that I couldn’t even eat it. When I went back the next day to speak to the manager about it, no one in charge was there, I left my name and number for them to call me back and of course they never did. I called again today 10/07/24 around 5:30pm to speak to the “manager” he was so unprofessional and left me waiting on the phone while I was talking, he didn’t even ask me to give him a moment he just left me on the phone talking to myself he didn’t care about my concern and the fact that I had waste my money $70. I am a manager and let me tell you your customer service is the worse when it comes to handling complaints, training must be provided to this “managers” there and people in charge, they don’t show no empathy or respect to the clients concerns. I have been a costumer of this place and I just noticed they are charging extra 3.5% when you pay with debit or credit cards of. Is this a new thing. I like their food and their prices WERE fair and affordable but with that extra charge for us that we use card payments in the regular basis. I don't think I will come for 2 order of pupusas and pay over...

Absolutely LOVE the Hula grill 😝!! The service was impeccable and we especially appreciated Maddy’s attention to detail. Mya also shined like a star giving us suggestions on what to get! If I could only eat one place on the board walk it would be here...
