I called and asked for 3 chicken wings, a chicken fried rice, and a chicken egg roll. When I got home, I started on the egg roll and turns out there was a whole shrimp in there! I am extremely allergic to seafood. Luckily, I had my epiPen in reach. I called the store to let them know, and the girl said we don’t sell chicken egg roll. I explained that wasn’t communicated to me because I clearly asked for a chicken egg roll and the person who took my order never said anything about only serving shrimp egg roll. I get this is a an extremely business shop, and they want to serve as many people possible in a short time, but it wouldn’t hurt to actually listen to your customers, and repeat the order back to them so everyone is on the same page. New Century is the best! This is my go-to for when I want " carryout" wings and fries, but I substitute the fries for shrimp fried rice! Yes, on the side, not in a separate container. I get little wings because I don't want those big ol dinosaur wings. Anywho! The people are very nice, especially the woman. When I called for my order, she already knew. I love it! Great Chinese Food! You can see everything that goes on in the kitchen as it's open veiw. Clean place and the food is fantastic here. Downside is No delivery. A few tables if you want to eat there, but no bathroom which I consider a big plus at an eat in establishment..even if its a small place like this one. Food is delicious for take- out though.
