My family pulled into the Wendys around 7 p.m. on Thursday after passing it accidentally because all of the lights were out. The main Wendys sign was off, the main dining room lights were off, and the parking lot lights were off. At first we thought they were closed. We tried to mobile order, but the restaurant turned off the mobile ordering capability. As we were ordering the man taking the order was beyond rude and kept cutting us off. We were like, “you still there?” Ugh… YES… that’s how he answered. When we went to pay, we got no receipt, our fries were cold, our burgers were room temp, and they didn’t give us our correct order and were missing two items. When he handed our bags to us, we were sitting there because we thought we still needed to wait for the rest of our order. We asked, “did we get everything?” The man responds, “yes, unless they lied to me.” We were too frustrated and fearful that they would spit in our food or something that we didn’t even try to get the rest of our order. The absolute worst drive thru experience I have ever had. I will never return to that Wendy’s and I will be sure to let my friends and family know to steer clear. Save your money,...

At any other fast food restaurant (including other Wendy’s locations - so the freshness is not an excuse), I can get a carry-out order in a reasonable amount of time to be considered “fast” food. This location is by no stretch of the imagination fast. I’m pretty sure I felt my nails and hair growing longer while I was waiting for my order to be taken. And after I placed my order, I missed two or three of my son’s birthdays while my food was being prepared. I know their motto is fresh, but they must have changed that definition recently to mean growing the wheat for the buns, and slaughtering the cows for the beef patties. Only come here if you are planning on starting a family and retiring in the dining area.
On a more serious note, it seemed like the location was severely understaffed (even considering the time - pretty late for lunch) and they were also having technical issues at the front register. I understand that problems happen, but the customers were not informed of potential extended wait times, and it didn’t seem like anything was being done to open another register or fix the problem with the only one that was...
Read moreWent to this establishment for a large order at the drive thru since the lobby was closed. No bake potatoes could be made due a broken microwave, it would take 6 mins using the oven. So we continued to order, checked the food on the screen & had the pleasant employee repeat it back for reassurance. At the window we received the food & drinks WITHOUT a receipt. Upon returning home, we're missing 2 salads in the bag. We went back to report that error; we had to wait back in the drive thru which took 20 minutes. For our inconvenience we asked for compensation & was told to wait in the parking lot for the manager to speak with us. We still only received one salad order & had to wait for the other orders to be ready. Again we waited 10 more mins which was unacceptable to begin with. Even though the manager on duty was attempting to appease us, the fact remains that such an awful experience could've AND should've been avoided with better staffing, management, food preparation. This will be my last time at this location since the overall result lead to seeing BOTH salads were wilted BROWN upon opening them....
