Arby's — Restaurant in Marysville

Thursday night 9/23. Just pulled off the highway as I'm driving in from out of town, and want to grab a quick bite to eat. Check Google for local fast food listings, and operating hours.

Google lists this Marysville Arby's location Thursday hours as open until Midnight. It's 10:56 p.m. when I get to the speaker.

After the "automated voice" greets me, I ask for a minute, and I am greeted by a young lady answering the speaker, saying "we close in a minute"...

My response, "oh I thought you were open until midnight" to which I get a reply from a second person --a gentleman-- that says "no we close at 11 o'clock". (???) I admittedly drove off very annoyed!!

Management: Please update your hours if you're going to close at any other time than what your Google listing states. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I'm...

After pulling into the drive through, a recording immediately tells you to order when you're ready... But since real people work there, they aren't always ready to take your order immediately, so I always say something to make sure they're actually ready for me.

Tonight (10/19/23) I pulled in as usual, got the recording, and simply said "Hello". The reply I got was an incredibly rude "He said order whenever you're ready". It's hard to convey the way it was said in text but it was very annoyed and sarcastic.

I figured if that was the attitude I was going to get when all I said was 'hello', I certainly didn't trust that person with my food. I left without ordering and went elsewhere.

Get rid of that recording, please, and tell that...

Good food, usually. This Arby's has a bad reputation for forgetting items. I post a lot of reviews for places in town, and kept track of how bad this one was. In the last 4 orders, we've been skimped out of beef and cheddars or sliders twice, and THREE out of FOUR orders they gave my daughter lamb instead of beef, on her gyro. Apparently, no one wants lamb enough, or they just don't have reading skills, but either way, we're done eating there. The price is high, but since the food is good, we looked past these issues, before. But you can't ignore it after so many times in a row. Get Arby's elsewhere, where they have the meat....
