Arby's — Restaurant in Marysville

This is the worst Arby’s’s I have ever been to. The service is so slow. The parking is horrible. They put the Handicapped spaces right in front of the building and then ran the drive threw right behind them. If the drive threw is busy,those folks are not getting out anytime soon. The drive threw is normally backed upped, and when we walked in side, the two girlies working the drive threw window were on their phones and the manager was right there. I mean really! A lady fell while coming back inside to complain about her order from the drive threw. The water drips off the roof right in front of the doors so your shoes are wet coming inside so you must be careful walking on those tiled floors. There is notalotofseating inside and if some of them would put down their phones , they could at least wipe the tables off. I think from now on we will just go to Urbana for our Arby’s. This is just not worth it in...

This was a horrible experience in Marysville off Coleman Crossing. I waited over 22 minutes to get bad service, cold food, no response from management for my complaint/observation. The team there was lacking customer service skills, training skills, hand washing training. Disappointed! We have an Arby's in my town and they do a fantastic job in comparison. Someone needs to educate them that the register people need to wash or clean hands between handling money and handling food. She also kept touching and moving fries. Fries going out to customers were getting touched by bare hands. Obviously I had a lot of time to observe. I work in Public Health and I didn't miss anything. Needless to say all of our food was cold and placed in our air fryer to reheat. I...

I’ve had bad experiences with this Arby’s the last two times we went there. The first time in was about 8:30 pm and when we got to the drive thru speaker we waited about 5 minutes and it was like no one was there, they didn’t have a sign up on anything saying why it would have been close early and it wasn’t a holiday or anything like that so we went somewhere else to eat, we drove back past the Arby’s after getting something else to eat and there were 3 Arby’s employees just standing around talking in the parking lot. The second time we came to Arby’s I wanted some mozzarella sticks and was told “we aren’t doing those right now”, I’m confused since when did Arby’s take mozzarella sticks off...
