Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Buffalo Wild Wings at Colemanās Crossing on May 3rd at 5:40 pm. I was seated and given a menu, ten minutes later no one came to take my beverage or food order. I kept looking over at the three waitresses on duty and they avoided me me and my wife completely. I noticed that the waitresses were having a very lively conversation while holding up the counter as they talked and laughed amongst their selves. As I left the young lady with torn up jeans that gave us the menu smiled and said āHave a nice eveningā. I did just that I went down the street To āRoostersā where we were waited on immediately and give excellent customer service. From Roosters I called the Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings and was put on hold for ten minutes while i guess they were out finding the manager whom I was told was a female but ended up being a male. When I explained why I was calling him, he said well I only had one server on duty and she was new and some other lames excuse. I said well if they have time to be laughing and having a good conversation amongst themselves they they should be able to take my order since there were only three other couples in the dining room sitting at tables. To this he said I am sorry, and I agree with him āHE IS ONE VERY SORRY MANAGERā. I do not think I be dining at this Buffolo wild wings again. Looks like ROOSTERS will be getting my future business. Am I a happy customer? I THINK NOT!!!!! This is a poor excuse for...

Once seated, it took close to 30 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. At that point, we placed our complete order; water, cocktails, appetizer, and the meal. It was like 30 minutes later that my wife went to the kitchen area to inquire about our order. Our drinks came, and I asked about water. I believe a manager dropped off our appetizer and rushed away as I asked him for the ranch that belonged as a side. Twice, we asked two separate waitresses for the ranch dressing. Both acknowledged me and walked away. I believe the same manager walked up, literally tossed my salad in front of me, and scampered off while I asked for ranch dressing for my salad. Finally, all the food and ranch had arrived. The waitress looked at my cocktail and said that was not what you ordered. I said I believe they forgot the alcohol. She said, "Wait, I will get you another one." She never returned. We wasted our evening and $60.00. And to top it off, one customer was openly vaping. We will never...
