Subway — Restaurant in Maryville

If I had a choice of picking no stars I would. Not only was I waiting in line for 15 minutes before someone helped me, but I experienced the worst costumer service possible. When I was in line the lady making my food and my moms, was constantly going to the back, picking up mops, touch the floor, and did not change her gloves ONCE. Then, when our food was toasting, they must have left it in for too long, because our bread was not editable, it was burnt. Nothing was stocked at all, the two workers could not stay up there for five minutes with out having to go to the back to get something out of the stocking room. As we were waiting on our food to get rang up there was barely ANY cookies at all. Out of the 6 flavors you have an option of there was two choices, and there was no chocolate chip cookies at all, like what fast food place doesn't have chocolate cookies? When we sat down no tables were wiped down, nothing was stocked in the dining room either. I have a Subway flatbread have the grilled chicken and have the avocado and sweet onion sauce it was hot or anything I had came to the drive-thru and I asked them to heat it up but everything was really cold I told the lady that took my order at the drive-thru I told her two times that I wanted it just heated I do not want it toasted and she said okay well the sandwich when I got home it was really cold I had to heat up myself the chicken was so hard it was not even warm at all after I asked them to heat it up for me I don't know what the problem is but every time I eat their everything's been fine but this time the food was kind of...

Subway makes sandwiches of which I have been eating in different cities and states for the last 40 years. Some of their stores do a better job than others based on staffing levels and the employees. This one has good employees and the times I've been there good staffing levels. Personally, I like their old menu. Their new menu not so much. They cut down on bread choices over the years as well, but I am sure that was based on business analytics. This store seems to do more drive-through than walk-in business as well.
