WARNING! AVOID DELIVERY! I went to the Jabonis website, clicked delivery at the top, and followed the menu and prompts. This was at approx 7:26pm I received an order confirmation that the order was received, A confirmation in my email of my order, and a message on my phone that my credit card was charged. The order said it should arrive by 8:10 pm. I waited until 8:46p and called. I was told they only accept deliveries through doordash. I was also told they don't accept orders from the websites and i was wrong. Then I was passed to a manager whom told me the same and added all the orders for the day have gone out. I mentioned the spotshopapp domain in the URL and was told oh.. yeah .. we dont use that or its supposed to forward to doordash. Ok but not my problem. I was charged and ordered. give me back my money or deliver my order. I was then told they will have to give me back my money in the morning and there is nothing else they could do. Not an apology, not a "Sorry I will get your Order out immediately".. Not a "Ill get your refund immediately". Just a very defense angry man with an attitude and response which triggered my angry attitude in return. Jaboni's, you need need to remove the delivery option from your website if it doesn't work or you aren't using it. I am out $86 for now and have an unhappy hungry family at 9pm (Jaboni's is closing much like others) on a weeknight. I now have to settle for late night fast food or just cook something myself which may not be ready before 10pm. Really?!?! This is after we had issues on a previous order and they already owe us for a pizza we never received. Be warned their customer service is not very good in regards to order issues and conflict. Their online ordering is not real or broken. When you do happen to get an order through, you may not get what you ordered. I am not a happy shopper. I will not be giving them a third try. Get your business in order! Apologies this ended up like a rant, but ... I am not happy at the moment.
Follow up: Owners did reach out to me and have apologized and made the situation right with me. The seem very responsive and deeply care about their customers it seems. I may give them another chance after all
Follow up 2: 09/20/23 i ordered via doordash tonight to see how it was and give them another chance as the previous issues were not quality related as i never received anything. I have to say.. the pizza was great. I consider myself a pizza snob and loved it. Good fresh ingredients, real crust that felt and tasted handmade. im hooked. via doordash pizza arrived timely and accurate. i went to website after to see if previous issue remained... looks like they fixed it, it forwards you to doordash now. excellent. great job, thanks for the great pizza! i have updated my rating but left the context for others to see... you care and will make it right. thank you! I do agree the price is a bit on the heavier side, maybe as a result of doordash, but honestly i really liked what received compared to other pizza. its was worth the extra based...
   Read moreWe visited on 10/9/2022 and this was probably the worst dine in experience Iâve ever had. If it werenât for our server, Nicole, this review would be one star. The disheveled looking manager in the orange polo with messy hair and an equally messy beard who was sitting at the bar when we walked in is one of the worst examples of management/leading by example Iâve ever experienced. If he is the only manager or if the other managers behave the same way I can almost guarantee he/they are the reason the now hiring sign is posted outside. As we walked in the bartender acted as a hostess and greeted us as there wasnât an actual host/hostess. We asked her if we could sit outside, and orange shirt manager who was sitting at the bar âjokinglyâ (if you could even say that) said no. At this point we assumed he was a patron who may have had too much to drink, but he proceeded to grab menus and escort us outside. As we walked out behind him, before we were even seated mind you, he asked a server in a belittling tone why there was a cup sitting on an empty table. She informed him that it wasnât her table and she, of course, didnât know. Continuing with the demeaning manner, he scolded her as if she were a child, âWhat did I say about saying âThatâs not my job.â?â They briefly continued talking, her trying to stay positive and kind and him degrading her. He then finally passed us off to her and let her seat us. I was so infuriated by his treatment of us and our waitress Nicole that I couldnât even read the menu. Nicole didnât let this sorry excuse of a manager ruin her attitude, and was so bubbly and full of energy throughout our meal. We finally ordered and the drinks were excellent, but the pasta itself was way overpriced. The baked penne was borderline flavorless and the simple garlic and olive oil pasta had so much more oil than would have been necessary.    Read moreWe decided to eat dinner here tonight, first it took forever to get waited on because she said she didnât know we there. You would think that the hostess would tell the waitress she had a new table. It took a bit to even gets drinks â water and cokeâ I mean I would think thatâs pretty simple. She set our drinks down and said I will be back unless your ready to order. We proceeded to order our food and when she brought food to the table , the waitress slung my food off the plate and onto to the table. My husband had ordered Lasagna that was suppose to get garlic bread. When she came back 20 minutes later he ask her for the bread and she said our kitchen is closed and walked off. This whole time I could hear her above me setting with the two guys in the bar area, so I am sure thatâs why she couldnât get her job done. I went to the register to pay and explained to the cashier and she said weâll do you want bread, I said no we have already ate our meal . It should have been brought with the food. The waitress walked over to me and said very rude, your suppose to pay your bill at the table. I gave her my card and this other lady walked up with a sassy attitude and said whatâs going on I am the manager, I explained to her what had happened and she said well I canât help you and I told her we would not be back. That was terrible customer service all the way around. I hope they find someone that cares about their customers considering that is how a small town business can keep customers coming back. They both were very rude and just not nice at all. No reimbursement at all . Why would I want bread after my meal . I have never left an establishment without tipping until tonight but she did not...
