Best choice out of the ice cream shops closely located here. 5 most pertinent items 1- Vegan / non- dairy options! (the competition close by does not have any of these options) ... 2- Ice cream and waffle cones all made in-house. 3- open year round EXCEPT February. 4- they have ready to go ice cream pies and cookie sandwiches. 5- REAL premium hot fudge. They put the nuts and fudge under the whipped cream on top of the ice cream - much better in this format. Charlotte, our server, was superb and quite knowledgeable about the ice creams, the process, and the vision of the store. It is more of a "kid friendly" atmosphere. train track on the ceiling. I was trying to order an ice cream cake for a graduation. I called a week prior twice during business hours. No one answered. Finally got ahold of someone who said the cake order person wasn't working and he'd take my number and call me back. Never got a call back. Now it's 3 days before the event so I drive over there because it says they open at one. I get there at 1:10. They are closed, sign says "be back at 2" so I walk around to some of the shops to kill time, only to return a little after 2 to see a sign now posted on the door that says "not opening today because of weather". What in the actual hell. Who runs a business like this? I have to go elsewhere now...

There are several ice cream shops in the same area. We picked here, found the staff not very friendly. Ice cream is good. I ordered a cone, we left to sit outside. Upon my first lick all the ice cream fell onto the ground. The cone was broken in several spots. I realize this happens, sometimes in shipping and sometimes in scooping. I brought everything back in and explained the issue. The person in charge said that once I touched the cone it was no longer their responsibility.
