Where do I even begin. The service here is terrible. We ordered and you couldn’t even hear the woman speak but whatever, not a huge deal. Then we get our bill and they charged us $1 extra for a small packet of ranch! The food took a while to come out but when it did (we ordered chicken tenders) we got super tiny bits of chicken considered a single piece. Probably a quarter of the size of a normal tender, once again not a huge deal. We also were missing a part of the meal and they didn’t even complete it once we told them about it. The food was very good besides that. But later I ran out of my drink and wanted a refill, which they didn’t have a sweet tea machine in the lobby so we had to go to the counter for one. So I asked for a refill and this woman rolled her eyes, swung around, and filled it partially of the way up, my friend noticed how she hardly filled it and asked her to top it off, she rolled her eyes again and started to shake her head. I found this woman completely disrespectful. This was over a drink and she was giving attitude to paying customers to take 5 seconds to fill a cup. Other customers noticed as well and spoke about how disrespectful this woman was. My brother also wanted to order a burger and they didn’t have any. No hard feelings about that, I mean you have what you have but I just found it a little unusual that they didn’t have a lot of the typical menu items at a...

Will never go here again. Customer service was horrible.

I was a DQ with my 4 children. My youngest is a special needs child and cannot tell you if something is wrong. He had drank too much water in the car unknown to me it had upset his stomach. So while sitting at the booth the water came back up. At this time my other 3 kids ran to grab napkins to help wipe it up. Then one of the people working there came out and yelled at me to get him to the bathroom. Which at this point was pointless cause he was done and now it cause more trail of the water to the bathroom. Again one of my daughters cleaned it up.

After we were done in the bathroom which was only a minute I took him straight to the car as I didn’t want him to start again in the store. As I was getting him in the car in the handicap spot the same worker came and out and yelled again saying I had to come in and clean it up. I told her I was already planning on coming back in but needed him to get in the car so it didn’t happen again.

Once back inside I was given the crappy brown paper towels to get on my hands and knees to clean up the mess. I asked for a map or other cleaning supplies and I was told no, that I have to clean it up with the paper towels that were given. So I did and then left after it was all cleaned up by me.

Worst service and food ever! I went with my kids and ordered chicken strip baskets with fries. The cashier told us it came with gravy but we could purchase an additional dipping sauce. My son asked for honey mustard, so I purchased it. (Along with a second chicken strip basket, drinks, and ice cream.) We originally had planned to eat in the restaurant but it was so filthy- floors, tables everything, that I decided to take our food to go. When I paid, they charged me extra to use a credit card, even though my tab was around $20. I’ve heard of minimum purchases of up to even $10 because of credit card fees, but $20? Come on! We got out to the car and checked the food. My son’s basket was missing the gravy that was supposed to come with it and it only had the honey mustard I had paid for. He went back in to ask for his gravy, and they told this boy he had to pay extra for that too and refused to give it to him. He came back out to the car upset and we just left at that point. Then the kids all tasted their drinks, and it was all carbonation and out of flavor! The fries were cold and soggy and rubbery. It’s obvious they had sat for hours. The people there are horrible and rude. They take for granted that they’ll get business because of their close proximity to local attractions but let me tell you- Go anywhere...
