Tony's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mason

We recently moved to the area and are happily overwhelmed with the plethora of options/restaurants to choose from and wow, what a great problem to have!

Yesterday we tried the Corner deli and we had a great experience. Tony was friendly and patient as we asked many questions. :). Very nice guy who knows how to make a very flavorful pizza. PLUS, They sell by the slice!! This was awesome for me because my family all likes a different topping setup. Due to this we almost always just get cheese pizza which we have grown to love and a good cheese pizza can be amazing but toppings are a nice change! Anyway, I got a piece of cheese pizza and a piece with meatball and onions. I enjoyed both a great deal. The meatball/onion combo are very flavorful and enhanced the cheese pizza a great deal…. Then I had the piece of cheese pizza and I have become boring and just love the simplicity of the cheese pizza and Tony makes a great slice of cheese pizza! Maybe get meatballs on the side next time is what I am thinking. We ordered the small salad and LOVED the Balsamic Vinaigrette (Tony mentioned it was homemade)… It was a fresh salad that we shared so it was cool that we could get the croutons and the cheese On the side…. Husband doesn’t like them but I think they make the salad :)

Are.You.Kidding.Me!!! Tony's pizza is OTHER WORDLY....in a fantastic way. My husband found Tony's through Google review & he was intrigued with the 4.7 stars. We were NOT disappointed by the service & his eagerness to explain the menu & answer questions! As soon as we opened the box the both of us said,"Oh.My.Gawd!" Our pizzas were beautiful & packed full of ingredients. ALL of the ingredients were fresh, flavorful and the pizza combinations he offered were spot on. Each bite was delicious & I kept saying so, audibly. I'm so sad we live so far away & that we can't make a weekly visit to Tony's. Tony was a joy to meet & his personality matched the flavor of his pizza...Strong, UNIQUE & INCREDIBLE! Thank you for the wonderful banter & delicious pizza, Tony!!!

The best meatball parm sub I've ever eaten is a steal for under $11!

One sub easily fed 2 people. The baguette was crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, perfect in every way. The meatballs were big, homemade, and insanely flavorful. The cheese was stretchy, tangy, and fantastic. The marinara was mildly sweet, nicely spiced, and applied in perfect proportion.

Hot tip: Ask for some garlic butter for dipping. Credit to my wife for discovering this addition.

During our visit, the owner prepared and served the food himself. I was blown away by the quality and the care he took serving us.

This is a tiny quaint and attractive place with indoor seating for maybe 6-10 people. They also have a couple of tables outside. The menu is really impressive considering the size of the establishment.

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. She had a sausage and mushroom calzone that blew her socks off.
