My husband and I were in the area and were starving so decided to have dinner here. Thankfully the wait was not long. At first we were seated at a small table close to the restrooms. My husband knows how I feel about sitting near the bathroom ( or kitchen) so asked if we could move elsewhere. We should have stayed put. Shortly after we ordered, a COCKROACH was ON TOP of our table. My husband tried to grab it before I saw it, but it got away. It started heading for me, and I jumped up out of the seat and tried to brush it away off the table, and it landed on the seat. Then I screamed as it headed for my purse, which was left open on the seat. With my napkin I brushed it away, and thankfully got my purse out before it got in it. The waiter was very apologetic and helpful and lifted the bench seat up to see if he could find it and make sure that it was gone. I had ordered a glass of wine and asked if he would bring that promptly as I needed a drink right then. Lol The woman at the table next to us said that had happened to her at a different restaurant and of course they comped her meal, but they also gave her a gift card. My reply to her was that I didn’t know if I would want a gift card to go back to the same restaurant where a cockroach was on my table.I wanted to get our food to go and just go home, but my husband was exhausted and asked me if we could just stay and have our meal there so I agreed. The manager came over a few minutes later and kind of apologized, but seemed more like he was put out for having to come over. Seriously, the waiter was MUCH more apologetic than the manager!! I was super shocked at his lack of empathy … maybe this is a common occurrence??? The only thing he asked is if we wanted to move tables. There actually was an empty table across the way from us and I had just asked my husband if we could move over there and right then the hostess seated somebody there. So my husband told the manager, we would just stay put since this was already our second table. I drank my glass of wine, which was very good, ate a few bites of my steak and potato, and then asked for a box. I really didn’t have an appetite any longer. When the waiter came back, we asked for the check ; assuming he would let us know our meal had been comped. However, we paid full price for everything!! . Not even the glass of wine was on the house. I was dumbfounded. I can’t believe a restaurant of this caliber would not take care of its customers. On our way out, no one asked how everything was or I would’ve told them. But we did run into an Uber driver with Chick-fil-A and they were delivering to the restaurant. My husband mentioned maybe the employees know not to eat there!! lol So...

Read moreMy husband and I have been here several times over the last few months. The first time going was a wonderful experience. Follow that up with numerous terrible experiences over the last three visits. I believe in giving a place a chance and probably tried two too many times with this location.
This last time we were there, we were sat down, no bread brought to the table, waited 20 minutes with no service. The silverware on the table was absolutely disgusting with crusted up old food on it so it needed replacing. A waiter finally realized we were sitting there after me having to flag him down to ask if there was anyone servicing our table or did we need to move. He took our drink order, then drinks never came. We got up to go to the front to find a manager already extremely frustrated. He promised he would seat us somewhere else and make it a good experience. We were honestly ready to just leave and go across the street to eat at another restaurant, but we decided to sit down and give it a chance. Our food came out a few minutes after being seated, salads came out following the dinners (at this point, why do you even want a side salad if you have your dinner?). Waitress was great at first, then disappeared. She finally came back and refilled out waters, then brought more bread as well as the side of butter we asked for 10 minutes prior for the potatoes.
All around, horrible experience. I haven't been back since this last visit because the two visits before the one described above were pretty much the same kind of experience.
We were looking to go out to dinner last night, of course I really wanted to enjoy some of their chicken fingers, but was worried about having another bad experience. We even called before and explained our previous experience to the girl on the phone. In most cases, I feel like the hostess or whoever answered the phone would had said, "let me get a manager for you." She didn't do anything except say, "I'm sorry that happened last time, but I'm sure you'll be okay this time." We opted to go to Azteca instead and had a wonderful...
