First things first, I want to say I do love this place. Great food and usually great service. Today, however, was a HUGE disappointment. I made reservations for 35 people for my baby shower. They tell me that I can have the small back room. Cool. I get off the phone and get a call back 20 minutes later telling me they’re actually not allowed to do that, but they can push together tables in the larger back room and I can do it in there, but there will be other diners in there as well. Still fine, I tell them as long as I have room for everyone it’s okay. So fast forward to today at the baby shower. We had a little over 20 people for most of the event, with a few more still coming later. We set up decorations and gifts on one table in order to save space for those coming and to keep things uncluttered in what was the most hectic room I’ve ever been in. Things are going great UNTIL our waitress comes over and asks me to move my things to make room for a family that was waiting. I was hesitant considering I made reservations and I still had people coming. After a few minutes of the family arguing with them and the waitress pressuring me, I said it was fine and was forced to move my things to another table behind us leaving no room for my decorations or gifts, let alone the other guests that were still coming. There were a couple of other pregnant women there as well who had the hardest time maneuvering around this. Our waitresses didn’t seem to care. Throughout the event, we had to constantly raise our arms up and ask our waitresses multiple times for drinks (which took about an hour to get to most of us in the first place) and silverware (we were never brought a proper amount). Halfway through eating the waitress(es) comes over to ask about checks, so we tell them we’re not ready yet. She proceeds to pressure us for about ten minutes so we told her to bring them individually and we’ll figure it out. She leaves. Comes back about 10/15 minutes later and asks how we’re doing checks again. So instead of making it less complicated for her, we have to give her the number of people per check. At this point we start getting angry because we’re clearly being rushed. She leaves and comes back and hands out the checks, still unable to get them right, and even rang up an extra person and was telling us somebody had to pay it. So we counted out people on the checks and the people there to show her that it was an extra person so she turns around and walks off angrily. Comes back less than two minutes later to pick up the checks and payments. Okay. Super annoyed by now. Brings back our receipts and they all had the word “tip” written on top. EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT MY BABY SHOWER (with the exception of my grandmother) has worked in a restaurant before. We all know to tip and we all tip very well. We also know it’s rude to expect a tip in the first place, let alone write the word tip on the receipt. Many of us at this point, were so angry that the tips were little to none at all. Which we NEVER do. Within two minutes of having our receipts she comes back to collect our slips and tips. I guess once she saw the amount, she decided to leave us alone. We were there for another hour and not once did she come by. Not even when we asked her for plates for the cake. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant ever, and sadly, I do not think I’ll ever consider...
Read moreWe went at about 8:30 p.m.They are supposed to close at 9:30pm. People were coming after us. We kind of rush to choose our dinner. They have multiple big tables. I started with salad, but a guy just took a couple of trays with greenns away and I told him that he should not because we just came in and we just started picking up the different foods. He just ignored me and I crossed over to the hosts telling her the process. She came over to ask him and eventually what he was doing was trying to empty the salad table by adding across on to the table of sweets, as he was trying to empty completely that station table...I rushed to go back to our table and inform my husband what they were doing , in order for him to rush and get some food. Then, another guy comes behind my husband's seat with huge yellow bucket full of water and chlorine! It smelled strongly and I could not breath..I got up to try and find a supervisor to co.plain that since their schedule is for another hour, BUT THEY HAVE TO CLEAN , TO CLOSE THE DOOR , NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE CUSTOMERS AND CLEAN. She argued that is the way they do it and there IS NÒT A COÑDISION OR LAW , telling them differently!. I would not wanted to argue further and I asked her to brig me over 2 boxes, as we had on our table and the check in order to leave. Eventually we got up and the server brought a couple of boxes to fill but with a wrong check because she did not had the seniors discount on the bill, despite my husband had repeatedly told than four (4))times!!!. This is not the first time that has happened. Most of the restaurants in the same area are having servers cleaning during the time that a customer is there. Long story short, I STRONGLY BELIEVE AND SUPPORT THAT THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE and try to eat with...

As I approach the sushi counter I explain to the chef of a shellfish allergy. He understands and offers to make me some nigiri. I am happy he would offer and agree. I watch him put down the crab and begin to make my food. I guess I'm not as allergic as I thought.
The problems this location has are not created by management but by the patrons.
Walking the aisles I see the pizza. Yum. I proceed to grab serving tongs as I notice the handle conveniently resting on the pizza itself. Cheese, pepperoni and hand-skin pizza. Yum!
I continue my tour of the buffet as a collector. I notice dishes I would love to eat, right next to the shrimp. Hmm... I wonder if shrimp will ever fall into the dishes next to it. My curiosity was quickly satiated as swiftly as my appetite has exited the room. The chicken fried rice also has shrimp in it! Usually you have to pay extra for that! Yum!
It's now time for dessert. Two plates of defrosted-flavored meats and I'm ready for the sweet, sugary goodness of the dessert rack. I grab a plate and look at my options. On my right, six teenagers elbow deep in the ice cream fighting father frost for a little bit of pistachio. They're chopping at that creamy brick doing no damage at the dessert and critical hits at my desire to join them.
To my left, I see my favorites. I sit down with a palmier, saying to my partner, "there's no way they could mess this up."
I was surprised.
There is a...
