Bistro Gourmandise — Restaurant in Maui

Friday Oct 3 (1:30pm): We ordered the Jade Berry Crepe to-go, knowing there was hype around it. Was very excited. Waited about 15 min while she made smoothies for the customers in front of us. I kept going back and forth from a table we sat at to the front of the truck where we paid, just to make sure if maybe she had placed our takeout order at the window cuz it had been a while and she never called our order. The lady saw me a couple of times but didn't say anything until my bf came to my side and waited with me at the front. She then asked us what we had ordered. She apologized and quickly made it in about 5 min. However, when we got home to eat, we immediately noticed no pistachio cream. It was such a disappointment...

I seek out various cuisines especially those I am unable or unwilling to cook at home. My wife and I have been to the Bistro on a number of ocassions. We have really enjoyed the variety and flavour of the crepes. Great value! The chef is a happy go lucky person who aims to please.
