This was my favorite coffee on the ENTIRE island of Maui during our recent anniversary trip! We were staying in Kaanapali, and visited Kapalua, Kahului, Paia, Kihei, and Hana during our trip having coffee in all those places. Early Bird Coffee is the only one I went back to a more than once and even out of my way.
Ube coffee? 100%. Salt caramel coffee. You bet your Mama. Food? Bring on the paninis and croffles. Yeah, I had to figure that out too. Just eat it! I wish I had more time here to try more things because they were they sweetest and had some delish items.

Their matcha add-ons like mango, strawberry and blueberry are real fruit purĂ©es they make themselves. The matcha was high quality. The wait can be long, but they make your drink as soon as you order it so even though it may feel like a long wait when youâre in line, you get your drink quickly. Also tried the paninis (not pictured) - really tasty...
