I am so disappointed at my experience with the employees and how it was treated at Krispy Kreme today I get off of work from working from 4 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I then rushed over to Krispy Kreme excited to get a dozen of hot fresh donuts I do not remember the exact time but I did recall my husband did say hot donuts a previous time between 5 and 7 so I arrive at Krispy Kreme and I asked the employee do you guys have hot donuts cuz I didn't see the hot donut sign she says no not yet I said what what time do you serve them she said 5 or 5:30 I then said the reason I am asking is because if you start serving hot donuts at 5 I will wait is there any way you can ask somebody she then said and it irritated voice hold onshe comes back less than a minute later and says in 15 minutes so I then told her okay I will wait thank you ma'am and the meantime I will order a cream filled donut which I get every time I come there the rude employee tells me what I owe so I pull up to the window to pay her hi then pull around to park and get ready to eat my cream filled donut I open the package to find a wet soggy donut with finger pressed marks all in it I then dropped it back up and was waiting to pull around to ask for another cream filled donut I waited until 5 p.m. and I pull around to the drive-through and I ordered a dozen of fresh hot original glazed Krispy Kreme donuts the same previous route employee tells me it'll be 5 minutes and I said okay that's fine considering it just was five she told me the price I pulled up to the window and I paid the lady and I explained to her about my other donut she then threw my donut out that I previously touched the wet donut onto a tray that had other donuts I thought wow that was really nasty she looked at the donut seen that it was really wetso she then gives me another donut mind you she puts it in the same bag she took that donut out of. at this point as crazy as I thought this situation was I was still being very polite. my parents raised me to respect all those even the rude ones so I did just that the lady then tells me pull around and I can bring it out to you or you can come in and grab it and then didn't really trust this ladywith all that attitude in the suspicious looking donuts and I told her I would come in and pick up my fresh dozen of original glazed so I pulled around park my car got out of the car go in stand there where we made eye contact she sees me I seen the fresh hot donuts coming around the conveyor belt she decides to open up a box and I'm thinking oh I finally after all the rudeness and then I get my doesn't have hot donuts she gets 12 put them in the box then walks to the window because she had another customer I'm thinking okay she's going to multitask take her money and then come give me my box of donuts she perseids to hand this lady a dozen of the hot fresh donuts mind you this lady had came to the drive-thru after me of course that's why I walked in to get my hot donuts at this point I am not understanding why a person could be so difficult and rude what did I do wrong being a customer coming to an establishment excited to enjoy what my hard-earned money bought which was my dozen of fresh hot donuts I was so beyond belief she then proceeded to get my 12 off the conveyor belt hands them to me rudely I then take the donuts I did not say thank you at this point I walked out the door so irritated to the point where as much as I love Krispy Kreme what this rude employee had done will definitely make me think twice about going back to Krispy Kreme and my opinion the employees are very rude there were two other employees there and nobody corrected the situation they seen it and kind of went with it so far all those that read this I had a very poor experience although I did get my dozen of fresh donuts at Maui Krispy Kreme I definitely don't think it was worth it the...
Read moreService is great when the drive thru is open, but often it will randomly be closed. After ordering inside the store, in the future I will probably skip a trip here all together if the drive thru is not open.
First off, the girl at the donut case did not acknowledge me at all, right after helping the customer in front of me she stood there staring downwards and would not make eye contact. I couldn't tell if she was fiddling with the donuts for some reason or looking at her phone, but I stood there for over a minute before another employee finally walked up and helped me. All the while the other girl stood there just looking downwards. Really strange.
When I got my order my drink was wrong- you guys have iced coffees and iced lattes on the menu, please note the difference. I offered to take the drink the employee had already made anyway but I wish I had not as I did not like it at all. So while the iced coffees are good and very reasonably priced, I would definitely not recommend the iced lattes. In addition the donut I got was totally stale. Not sure how that happens when your whole claim to fame is fresh donuts.

If you ask to move to the other line where the cards work, then the staff they will shame you and refuse to enter your phone number here, so that you don't get a guest survey. SUPER LAZY staff at checkout (not making and filling donuts—that staff is great!!). Please note that guest surveys are inflated by only giving them to a subset of customers. They allow dogs without service documents in the place that are licking people including me—-ICK!, I’m allergic but they don’t give a care!! Something needs to change about the management of this place. The donuts are good, but the customer service, register, dog policy, and general management of the place needs to be changed. I would suggest hiring a new general manager. Also, the parking lot is incredibly packed, and is very hard to get through. There are also shady people in cars who try to break into cars while I walked out so please be sure that you lock your car.
