I recently visited the grand opening of the new Little Caesars location, and despite the expected first-day challenges, it was a positive experience overall. The staff, though new, were clearly doing their best to keep up with the high demand. There was a long wait, but given the rush of customers, it was understandable.
One thing I noticed was that employees weren’t wearing gloves, but I did see them washing their hands regularly, which was reassuring. The food itself was good—fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from Little Caesars.
Since everything and everyone is new, there’s definitely room for improvement in speed and efficiency, but that will come with time and experience. Overall, I appreciate the effort of the staff and look forward to seeing how this location grows...
Read moreI walked in craving a simple, affordable, and satisfying bite and Little Caesars delivered despite being packed (just as expected for their grand opening). The Crazy Bread and Italian Cheese Bread hit just right. The workers are working hard in the back making the dough from scratch. The dough, the cheese, the garlic butter, was perfect!
As for service, these guys are hustling. They are brand new and short-staffed, but they are giving it their all. A little patience goes a long way and trust me, it is worth the wait.

But after waiting for 10 minutes, I ended up just leaving with a full refund. Not sure why they wouldn’t pre-plan it being so busy Opening week. Hopefully, I can go back and it won’t be So poorly ran.
