Sweet & Sour Shave Ice — Restaurant in Maui

We had a bad experience here. It took them 30 minutes to get our order through, and we waited in line for 20 minutes, even though there were only four people in front of us. I understand they were understaffed, but that is still ridiculous. They also made two of the same order for someone else, causing more delay. If you go, do NOT get the Dole Whip, it is not what's advertised in the picture. It had the consistency of a smoothie. It was also very expensive, but what could you expect for Maui? The Shave Ice was good...

The sales lady was not very friendly then when we got our shaved ice there wasn’t much syrup on the ice the entire center of the shaved ice was plain ice when I took it back to the sales lady she told me I have to wait for the syrup to get to the bottom…. Would not recommend…there are plenty other shaved ice places that is worth the money this definitely was not worth it..0/10 I do...

No line at all and we ordered 3 shaved ices, took 15 minutes for them to make each one, had two workers there but only one was working and other one just watched. Left after two because we couldn’t wait another 15 minutes or else we were going to be late for something. Worst...
