if i could put zero stars i would. the owners should not be in the business industry, especially if they cannot utilize it properly. as a business student, i would never be caught dead using my business account to speak utter nonsense on the internet! bursting out loud claiming they know about hawaiian history when everything they said is false. incredibly racists towards hawaiians as they said in a comment, “moving to hawaii displaces natives? you mean the pacific islanders that have 2% hawaiian blood and live in free homes that our tax dollars pay for? those hawaiians?” also saying “just because revisionists have tried to make hawaiians look like a victim of history by deleting as many records that dont align with their narrative, doesnt make it true. you just propagate racism.” why move to hawaii and even have a business in hawaii if you hate the people that live there?! they “moved back” to maui right after the wildfire! co-owner verbally stated “it seemed like the right time for us to be back here and relaunch vigilatte”. its posted 10-6-2023, the fires happened from 8-8-2023 through 8-9-2023. it is incredibly selfish and insensitive to be reopening your business about two months after the fires. part of maui quite literally went up in flames and they started rebuilding almost immediately. they received donations that they do not need. they travel 5+...
Read moreMy only disappointment is that I didn't find this place sooner during my trip to Maui. I was staying in Lahaina and desperately needed coffee...good coffee. Up till this point everywhere I went I had what seemed like old, watered down iced coffee. So I found this place on Yelp and holy moly! First of all, the employees are awesome and I particularly enjoyed the full on bartender experience including the shaker. (Go to their IG and watch the video of the lattes being made, this will be your exact experience...coffee and entertainment!) Second, the coffee was amazing. We went 3 times. We tried the iced Nutella latte, iced vanilla latte, iced coconut latte, and an iced latte with coconut milk. They were all insane. Thirdly, the logo ROCKS. I bought 2 travel mugs, one in white and one in black. They were $26 a piece which is a steal because they are the same brand sold at every shop in Maui for $32 except these had a kickass logo etched on them and look way nicer. I'm assuming the owner is the guy who works there daily as his vibe mirrors that of the whole experience. He was very kind and thanked me for returning. 100/10 recommend for all the above reasons. This place should have a...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting VigiLatte Artisan Coffee, and I have to say, it was one of the best coffee experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked up, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. The service was exceptional, and the baristas were knowledgeable and friendly, making great recommendations and answering all my questions.
As a plant-based coffee lover, I was thrilled to see that VigiLatte had a variety of plant-based milk options, including oat milk, which I chose for my latte. It was the perfect complement to the smooth, rich coffee, and I loved the latte art that topped it off.
In addition to the great coffee, VigiLatte also had an amazing selection of cups, mugs, and tumblers for sale. If you need to pick up a few to add to your collection!
Overall, I would highly recommend VigiLatte Artisan Coffee to anyone looking for a high-quality coffee experience with exceptional service. The plant-based milk options and cute cups for sale are just the cherry on top of a wonderful coffee experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their...
