I love Little Caesars Pizza but the one in Mauldin is very inconvenient for me and my family. Multiple times we have called in an order (usually an hour or more be CD ore we get there) and we tell them what time we will be there to pick it up. Yet every time we have done this, by the time we get there they haven't even started making the pizza. Along with that just going through the drive-through and not ordering ahead of time we always get there before 4 which according to Google Maps they are usually not that busy. Yet everytime we come through the drive through we have to wait 20 minutes or more and by the time we get it the pizza is already cold.
The last time I came to this Little Caesars I came with my grandmother and we went through drive through we got there at approximately 3:30. We ordered 1 3 Meat Treat Pizza and they asked us to pull around. There were about 8 people who ordered behind us and 1 lady who complained about the wait infront of us. My grandmother and I drove up and parked along with the rest of the people in drive-thru. They told us it would take about 15 but we ended up waiting till 4:23 till I was beyond upset and went inside to ask how long it was going to take before our pizza was ready. I was informed by a rude teenage girl that they hadn't even started making it. So I asked her to cancel the order and return my money. She asked the manager to cancel the order and the manager yelled from the back of the store that all pizza's take a while and that I was going to wait till he was done making the pizza that were already ordered. This was beyond rude and disrespectful to the customers especially since there was 6 people inside the building at the time when he said that. After hearing that comment the man in the building who hadn't ordered yet asked what I had ordered. I told him the 1 3 Meat Treat and he paid me the money for my order and asked the cashier to change the name of the order to his name instead of our name. The cashier just looked at him like he was crazy and said "Huh?" Again very rude when she could have asked politely what we were talking about. So I told her to cross off my name on the receipt and put his name. And then my grandmother and I left.
I have always loved Little Caesars but honestly that one either needs to be shut down for good or they need to get a better management system. Either way my grandmother has already said that we will NOT be going back to that Little Caersars ever again. But I hope that they can change for the better for the customers. Customers might not always be right but customers also shouldn't be sitting in their car waiting for an hour for 1 pizza that hadn't even been...
Read moreJust finished 12 hour shift at work. Decide to go by lil Ceasars which is a little bit out of my way on west butler road. Greenville sc. The person takes my order and tells me my pizza will be ready in 10 to 12 minutes. Which is perfectly fine, i expected a wait for a ultimate supreme. There was one car of ppl already at the restaurant waiting. I proceeded to watch 2 more cars to through the drive through and one pulled up next to mine to wait. Those customers and 2 more who pulled up later all got served before me. I waited 35 minutes for a pizza that was A) not fresh out the oven and had obviously been sitting somewhere B) majority mushrooms, bell peppers and onions with hardly a handful of meat on it C) no apology at all from the dude who finally brought the pizza out to me.... All he can say is "u want a drink or bread stick for that wait?" Ummmm... Hell naw i dont want anything else from yall.... So you can go back in the building for another 20 minutes to get it and waste even more of my time? I've gotten pizza several times and never have i ever waited like this when they were not even busy and at end of the night. I will Never return to another lil Cesar again based on just this...
Read moreOnce again this Little Caesars never fails to disappoint. I usually avoid this location at all costs, but tonight at just after 9:00 all the other nearby locations were closed. Just before I pulled up, I received the message that my app-ordered pizza was in the Pizza Portal and ready. So I parked, got out of my car, and walked to the door - only to find it locked. A worker then motioned to the drive through. So I had to go back, get in my car, dodge the cars randomly parked in the drive rather than in parking spots (not Little Caesars fault, but still annoying), and drive around to the drive through - where the same worker walked over to the Pizza Portal to retrieve my pizza. How hard would it be to click a box (or similar) to change the messaging to say, “Your pizza is ready. Please come straight to the drive through to pick up your hot pizza as we’ve had to close our lobby.” THAT would be customer service. I’m sure if the owners/managers read these reviews, they are likely rolling their eyes thinking, “Just be thankful you got your pizza.” (That seems to be the pinnacle level of customer service for which they strive at...
