My sister and I just discovered iChop, and I can confidently say this is the BEST Mediterranean food I have ever had in my life! I already knew the reviews were amazing, but my experience was beyond what I expected! This place truly exceeded every expectation I had.

From the moment we walked in, the kindness and warmth of the staff made us feel so welcomed! The customer service here is on another level! I have never felt so genuinely welcomed and taken care of at a restaurant like I was at iChop. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their customers! The owners, workers, and cooks are some of the nicest people I have ever met and their passion for making sure customers have the best experience shines through everything they do. That’s probably why the food tasted so amazing because it was made with LOVE!

The food was truly phenomenal! I had the lamb gyro and it is a MUST TRY! It was honestly perfection. The desserts also were SO PERFECT! We tried the famous Dubai chocolate dessert and another incredible chocolate dessert, and both were like heaven. If you love sweets, do yourself a favor and do not forget to order the desserts too!!!

This experience was the highlight of my entire week and probably even the highlight of my entire year so far. My sister and I could not stop talking about our experience after. No amount of words can describe how incredible our experience was. iChop is not just a restaurant it’s a full experience you must try for yourself. UPDATE:** Since my initial review, I decided to try the place again. The service was better, the Owner was polite and the food was delicious, especially the smoothies!

After reading awesome reviews about this establishment., I decided to try it for lunch. Mind you I live 2 mins from the location. I attempted to call my order in, the young lady that works there was boarder- line rude and asked me to call back in 30 minutes because they were very busy. So, I logged out for lunch and decided to go order in person. I arrived - due to traffic on Woodruff Rd at 12:51 did not get my order taken until after 1. I had 11 mins left on my lunch break and still had not gotten my food. I asked for a refund - politely. The young lady at that point avoided eye contact and appeared to be ticked off because I asked for a refund. i got my refund and left. St 1:25- I still had no food- got to my car at 1:29- mind you I had to be back logged in at 1:30 PM.

While I may attempt to try the food again, I would say that the Customer Service needs work. there is only the Owner and another gentlemen along with the young lady that work there.
