Very rarely do I ever post negative reviews but this establishment needs serious improvement. On multiple occasions, I have tried calling to place an order. No one ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings. At first I figured maybe the phone line just doesn’t work even though it rings. But then I went into the store and called the number while I was standing in there and the phone rang perfectly fine. Still, no one bothered to pick it up. As a matter fact, one employee complained about the phone ringing so much. The reason I call to place my order is because I have gift cards and the app won’t let you use them. So I can’t order ahead that way so I try and call but again, no one literally ever answers. On top of that, everything just seems so chaotic and unorganized in the store. I placed my order, and knew I was going to have to wait because again, they don’t answer phones, and then ten minutes after ordering one of the employees addressed me and asked what my order was again. Like what? How do you not have a system in place to have these things sorted out. Also, I get that the employees are young but there is an awful lot of cussing going on while customers are in the store. I can clearly hear it. It’s just super unprofessional. Read moreCorporate in Detroit needs to take a serious look at this awful operation. This isn't rocket science; it's cheap pizza done fast. If you advertise pizzas that are "hot and ready"...then they better be both. If the manager (at least I think he was the manager--he was older, but then again, just as immature-acting as his rude employees, screaming, "Make pizzas!" and singing along with the store music) stares at you blankly when you ask why there aren't any pizzas ready on a Friday night at 6pm, and then tells you it will only be 6 minutes for more...it better be only 6 minutes, and not 40 minutes later like last night. If you have young employees that want to show off for the customers and their co-workers by coming in off-duty to wave and shout and scream vulgarities in front of customers who are already ticked off about the service...then maybe you should fire said employees. If you feature a pizza portal that's supposed to save time for customers...then you better have the orders ready when you say they're going to be ready, instead of the 4 people I saw last night still waiting 30+ minutes later for their food. This location has been a problem for YEARS, and yet, corporate doesn't seem too interested in addressing the problems that obviously stem from the franchise owner. Avoid this location...

There is no adult supervision at all, and the kids act they are just hanging out no care about work or customers at all. The phones will just ring forever and nobody even gets off their own cell phone to answer. They never have hot and ready they ALWAYS make you wait. They cant change prices so they scimp on everything light cheese extra light sauce, sauce on side 1/3 full container. was there on Saturday at 7pm and they were out of pepperoni if you can believe that. (I Can't). Every employee rings up sale different, I order same every time and price is different every time. They blast rap music so loud so that the old folks wont stay long. I blame the owner and manager because those kids didnt scimp on topping without being told to, but I hope it really kills their bottom dollar because that is totally deserved. All food is super bland because every thing is light. Find the next Ceasars down the road cause this one...
