Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Maumee

I give just 4 stars mainly because we came in just about an hour before they closed for the night but there was an entire hour left so we ordered $35.00 worth of food for our whole family so we waited for our food to get out to us which wasn't too terrible of a wait time. But the chicken wasn't cooked properly!!! It was burnt on one side as if they rushed it!!! I personally ordered fish and mine was decent but it seemed as if the staff were just rushing us and in a hurry to go out the door. It wasn't a horri experience at all and had we arrived probably another hour earlier I'm almost positive that the service would have been way way better!!! Just be a little more professional about your jobs and always remember that when you work from 2:00PM to 10:00PM it doesn't mean 2:00 PM to 9:00PM then clean and forget any customers who co.e on after that time. Yeah had I came in at 9:30PMwith that order or even 9:20PM I could understand the employee's getting a little upset.But I came in an hour and 15 minutes before closing time it gave plenty of time for our meal a d cleaning to be done. After not being able to eat in the dining area for awhile, I guess do to covid / no employees!! Stopped at the drive thru speaker and asked if the dining room was open and was happy to hear it was... Just spent most of the morning at St Lukes hospital visiting a love one and just wanted to relax a little... I have to say I asked the young lady that was helping us if they had any specials going on before I could even finish asking her she responded with a nooo. So my wife and I ordered a $10 a piece meal than as I was paying my wife told me the meals didn't come with drinks!!! Wow so I asked for a Pepsi or coke... The young lady said no charge most realized that we were being treated rudely or ? After getting the over cooked meals my wife and I couldn't eat them.. My wife asked if they had crab bites that had been advised while we were there, but they were no longer available!! So the wife ordered the shrimp which came out nice.. Not sure if we will be back and if we do go it will definitely be...

DONT EVER COME HERE!!!! IF U VALUE HOW YOU ARE TREATED AS A HUMAN BEING THEN DO NOT COME HERE!!!! THE STAFF AT THIS PLACE ACT LIKE THEIR LIVING THEIR LAST DAY ON EARTH AND ACT SO MISERABLE, RUDE AND ATROCIOUS!!!
