I’m an Anonymous foodie I visit Toledo Ohios best known places of All sorts in all my time of leaving anonymous reviews both good or bad I always intend on helping improve places because what’s better than hearing the things that could be fixed? I would love to start with saying there is not enough starts to give the morning shift people the last few times my face has popped in there I have noticed a slightly newer face in the morning and give that girl a pat on her back! She’s eager to learn she takes accountability on her mistakes this while being I’m assuming she’s still very new she has a upbeat positive attitude and she took the time to ask me how my morning was personally the small talks make the adventure even better over all great establishment!!! I I used to love coming to this location. Until one of the workers started treating me pretty poorly. He knows my order, and every time he hears it, you could just hear the annoyance in his voice, he's a younger man medium build, with a short beard and glasses, not sure of his name. He complained and wouldn't let me use a coupon that could be used at participating locations, which I had used there many times before. Since that encounter he's been cold, even overheard him telling one of the other workers that he wasn't going to add something to my drink. Even though it's convenient being closer to my home, I will take my business elsewhere....

I used to really like Biggby's, and stopped in several times a week. However, the ownership in this area is horrible. There are no managers at the stores, and no one is able to solve issues. The coffee has gone downhill, until the only way it is drinkable is to add a bunch of flavors. I couldn't even drink the plain coffee, and adding cream and sugar did little to improve the taste. Last Friday their computers went down, and they claimed they were unable to sell anything. With no one in charge, I suppose they just had no idea how to function. I blame the owner, not the barristas, who deserve a better work...
