Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Ohio

Well first I like to say that I like hot heads bowls. Good. But my issue is the hours and how the doors get locked early. Last time my mom and I attempted to go there (about 3 weeks ago) the internet gave hours and we get there and they were closed. Also time before that I walked in and it was about an hour til close and all the bins were gone. Like I left because I felt like the empty line made me just say o well I'm gonna go. I read online many MANY poor ratings because of rudeness and hours (closing early )

Also why does the owner keep saying " I hope you'll give us a second chance" after a person posts about sour bubbling salsa? Wouldn't you refund them or give them free food tickets? This place really makes me upset. I have coupons in the hot head app that say " we miss you here's a buck off next order" and I laugh out loud..... WELL IF THE freakin place was open when it says then I'd not be missed. Seriously I'd go there twice week if I didn't have issues with it. 7 pm is ridiculous to close. Online says 9 or 8 but you get there and it's closed man. No bueno that's just poor business etiquette. Hot heads isn't SO HOT anymore like when it opened. Now it's cold...

Went there yesterday and got two bowls, There was barely anybody in there yet it took almost 20 minutes to get our food , I had a feeling that one of the workers was high because of how slow they were moving and how out of it they looked and also they were very quiet.. They put the very minimum amount in our bowls Like I’m going and pay eight dollars for a tiny little bowl I should get something that’s gonna fill me up but they clearly were out of it and I had to keep saying could you add a little more Because the guy was not putting in the proper amount and I’m sorry but I like to get my moneys worth at least.

Last but not least they were not wearing hair nets or gloves and the one lady had a very long blonde wig on and the other person, he had a Afro And I’m sorry, but if you’re working in the food industry and you’re working with food and making peoples food, you should be wearing a hairnet , Especially when you have all that kind of hair. And pay almost 20 bucks for two little ass bowls That didn’t even fill us up.. rediculous and will not be returning and I used to love hotheads, I definitely think the one in Sylvania...

Been going to this place since they opened (a lot) ...had few issues before manager always made it right. Today I ordered online had someone else pick up the order and my double wrap burrito came in a bowl wrapped in a tortilla with rice (crunchy) more than an entire can of black beans and a couple pieces of steak.... queso and everything else on the top including the sauce maybe 3 or 4 pieces of each thing I ordered tasted absolutely terrible....anyways called the manager to see what he could do and he tells me it came over on their end as a “queso” smothered burrito so he took it upon himself to assume that it was a smothered burrito and said sorry next time you should just call to make sure we make it properly...how about we follow simple instructions And make things as they are noted. Anyways prices keep going up workers get worse portions get smaller except the rice and beans apparently they’ll give you an entire container foods getting worse.
