I have always gone through the drive thru at this location. This is my first time ever going inside. To start, the smell was so overwhelmingly disgusting, a mix between a decomposing body and a barn. Perhaps it was the homeless person inside. But the smell was one of the worst smells I have ever smelled. I should have walked out, but I already paid online for my food. The inside was filthy! The staff, they were kind. I dont know how they could bare working in that smell or filth.
The worker was still filling my order when I arrived and he went over to the mozzarella sticks that were in the warmer bin and poked at them. Then turned to me and said it will be a minute on your mozzarella sticks I am going to make fresh ones (Thank God). While he filled my order I snapped a few pictures of the conditions. If only you could smell the place too. Apparently, the manager at one point might have thought it smelled because she came out to the lobby and started spraying cleaner into their air and all over the tables and chairs. (Nobody other than me was inside the lobby area) ... they handed me my food and I left. I chose not to eat my food, but my husband has an iron stomach so I gave him his food. I said there is extra food in the fridge if you want that too. As for me, last time I will ever eat there. Like they say you can't eat at everyone's house, and if you would have seen the conditions and smelled this place, you would never eat there again either. Read moreThis location is usually pretty decent and had never had bad service. Today someone messed up my Uber eats order so bad i almost wanted to drive up and get my actual food right. I ordered the brisket sandwich, four piece mozzarella sticks with ranch, a 16oz ja mocha shake, a number 10 with curly fries and a drink with no ice. I got the classic number 10 sandwich with NO FRY The drink with the meal had ice in it. The mozzarella sticks didn’t have ranch like i had asked for instead of marinara sauce. The ja mocha shake was a snack size. I’m not mad about the whole order situation messed up but just disappointed. I did contact Uber about the issue. Who ever took the Uber order did not look at it correctly. I compared what i ordered and what i got and the store receipt is not even close to what i ordered. I understand mistakes happen. Read moreThis is the second time in 6 months that I've gotten food ( meat) that was not fully cooked. First time it was a chicken sandwich, which I took back and they made me another one. This time I couldn't leave work to take it back. I said that I would never go back but I need a quick meal close to work. I was so hungry that I just took a huge bite. When I put the sandwich down ,I saw it was pink. I hope I don't get sick. The second thing that I noticed was how dirty the window ,the cashier counter, the drink counter was. The more I looked the more dirt I could see. As a food establishment, it is a must to be clean. The lady working at the window was eating and dropping potatoe wedge crumbs all over and wiping her hands on her cloths. I should have drove off then, but I was hungry and out of time.
