Here's what you need to know... There's 2 lanes at the drive thru. Enter in from Mayfield. Look for the portable drive thru sign they put out. If you want to pick-up mobile orders or dine-in turn in at the street light (follow the signage out). Everyone was professional and service was accurate and quick compared to the length of the line. The Box Combo (4 fingers) -$9.69 The 3 finger Combo - $8.49 The Caniac Combo (6 fingers) - $14.69 The Sandwich Combo - $8.49 My suggestion.... Sign up for the caniac club for special offers and freebies. Check your emails! Bring your card. The chicken is hot and crispy...not really seasoned well but that's okay because that's not what you're here for. The breading and the sauce is what makes it! When ordering...You have the option to sub out the coleslaw for extra fries, an extra sauce or extra toast. Choose the Toast! It's garlic buttery flavor will be one of your favorite parts of the meal. Take the 2 pieces of toast, add some sauce on the bread and throw some tenders inside. The flavor profile in your makeshift sandwich will have you coming back. Thank me later! Oh, yeah...They're open til 2am Friday & Saturday! Sunday - Thursday til 12am (Midnight). There's a lovely patio to enjoy on a late summer's night. PS- a cup of water is 23 cents so be aware before ordering. #TiaTriedIt

Two car order lanes that merge into one is not ideal. A very, very limited menu. Breaded chicken strips either as a meal or a sandwich. That's it. The first issue is that with the limited choices it still takes them up to 5 minutes to put together an order. I have been here twice now and have had unreasonable waits both times. Secondly, prices are high for what you get. Don't go by menu photo prices shown on the internet. The prices are much higher now. The food tastes better than average, but you have little choice on accompanyments. Either with or without Cole slaw... and it only comes with their Canes sauce, which is more like a Ranch sauce. A small cup of honey mustard dipping sauce is available only as an additional purchase. They give you a lot of fries with the order, but they are a bit under cooked. They were good after taking them home and reheating in a fryer oven for 5 minutes.

Update Review-We are extremely disappointed with our experience at your restaurant. We were informed by your employees that the chicken served is Halal, which influenced our decision to dine here. However, we later found out by your reply that this information was incorrect. Our friends also called to confirm and received the same misinformation. It is crucial that your employees are properly educated on such matters to avoid misleading customers. This situation has caused us significant concern, and we hope you take immediate steps to address it. First review- We were pleased to find out that this restaurant serves Halal chicken, making it a great option in the area for those looking for Halal food.

The food was good, but the service was aweful! They were not very busy, but the staff was unorganized and lacked customer service. I waited for over 5 minutrs for my order to be taken, with only 1 person in front if me. The cashier rang something up wrong and had to have a manager fix it. Not that I'm upset about that. I'm upset that no one even acknowledged that I was standing there. The employees looked at me, but no one said hello or apologized for the wait or anything! Just acknowledge the customer and its fine, we get it. Once I ordered, it took literally 13 minutes for my food time come out. Thirteen minutes. I figured that out simply from the time stamp on my receipt. Again. No one seemed to care. I sat at the booth for a while, about 8 minutes, then went up and asked if my order was almost ready. Cashier said it was coming up now. 5 minutes later it was finally ready. It tasted good, I was happy with it. I just hate when the staff ignores clients. If any Canes colleagues happen to read this, just acknowledge clients that are waiting and thank them for their patience. That's all it takes to turn a horrible experience into an acceptable or...

I'm honestly really disappointed with this cane's. I used to work for cane's for 4 years so I know the process and how long a typical order should take. After placing my order, it took roughly 30 minutes to get it. After about 20 minutes they had given my order to someone else. And then took an additional 10 minutes to get it remade for me. I was not given a receipt after paying and had to actually look through the pile of receipts at the register to find mine. My fries were room temperature and the toast was chewy, like it was stale. The entire time I watched the crewmembers working they seemed to only focus on drive-thru and mobile orders. With dine in orders taking the back seat. The sweet tea was running low and by the time I wanted a refill it was gone with no one making an effort to refill it. Just, overall, severely disappointed and had my receipt come with the survey I would have given all 1s. This Cane's is not operating at the bare minimum standards of what...
