I want to share my terrible experience today at 10:45 PM at the McDonald's in Maynard. We ordered a Big Mac, a chicken burger, and some other items, along with a black coffee, a couple of apple pies, and a cookie. After some time, the manager, a Brazilian woman, approached us to complain about our order. I explained to her that there was nothing wrong with it, but she started mocking my wife and me! She said that if we wanted the order, we would have to wait half an hour, and she continued laughing at us along with another Brazilian cook. I asked her what the problem was, and in the end, we decided to request a refund to our credit card.
First of all, we are tourists, and in our country, it is normal to order coffee and dessert at any time. I don't understand why a manager would act like a child. If there is a restriction on the menu, they should inform customers beforehand, not mistreat them. As a manager of such a prestigious brand, they should have a customer service protocol and problem resolution process, not assume that all foreigners are illegal immigrants. You can check the camera recordings to see how your manager mocked us and tarnished the name of McDonald's!

After 20 minutes there were about 20 cars waiting for service. i knocked on the doors. No one responded. I walked around and there was a side door open. I was yelling in the door and no one responded so I walked in. When I found someone they started yelling at me to get out. I said I wanted to know the status of my order. The manager quoted over and told me I was trespassing and she said she would call the police. I said I didn't think I was doing anything wrong I just wanted to know how long the order would be. I left and they came out and took pictures of my license plate. I was told I was now banned from the store. I left. The car I followed into the parking lot was waiting at the window, still had not been served after over 20 minutes. The fries were hot, the nuggets were awful, not even warm, and the pickles on the burger were virtually inedible, tough to chew and rubbery. also, it was a double quarter pounder and one of the patties was broken into pieces... never seen that before. it was 9:00 at night and I was desperate for food or I wouldn't have come here. The crazy thing is is that it has improved over the last time I was here a year or two ago.
