Churromania La Plaza Mall — Restaurant in McAllen

First time visiting and their location seemed to be right in the middle of this mall. The cashier seemed a bit overwhelmed as he was the only worker taking orders/making the orders/and tending to the customers with questions. Nonetheless when our food came out, we were impressed by the crunchiness and tenderness of these churros at the same time. Our mouths were in literal awe, I’m sure! We got an order of 20 mini churros(and they were more than enough for 3 of us). We always ordered a filled churro and a churro sundae you see in pictures. The lemonade and mango drink were the basic powdered mixture drinks you can normally find at a Gas station. Not the best ,but you’ll definitely need something to drink after these...

The churros is really good but the service is bad. On the few times that I went, the cashier never gave receipts and then charged me way more than what is posted on the menu (before taxes) without explaining why. You need to honor the prices posted on your menu and not mislead customers. I think your staff need to be trained on good customer service because they often seem annoyed. got in line at 6:57 there was one customer in front of us, and at exactly 7pm the person at the cash register told us they were out of churros.. conveniently right at 7pm closing time, they "ran out of" churros? wont be purchasing...
