Very disappointed, I went in to watch the fight and paid the cover. All tables were sold out (which you had to pay an additional $30 and up depending upon the size). So I asked if we could watch seated at the bar and was assured that I could so I paid to enter. Five minutes before the fights were to start I was told they were just informed they had to remove all bar stools and I would have to stand the entire time. I let them know I was assured I could sit at the bar when I paid to enter and they said they were just informed. I requested a refund because I was not going to stand for hours, they admitted it was their error but only the GM could approve the refund. Been here more than enough times since they've opened and have had nothing but great experiences when it comes to service and quality. Brought my mom for her first time last weeks and she decided she wanted to come back for her bday a week later. Erika served us and was phenomenal. Every order was correct, service was quick and she was very attentive. Everything came out great and even after that the manager Alyssa came to ensure we were being tended to correctly. Just a great over all experience of quality customer service and genuine interaction. They took care of us so well and we'll definitely be back for birthdays and casual drinking nights. The Oak at South Town never lets me down! I love all the Oak locations, but this is my favorite, since it's closest to me.

The food is fantastic and has great prices and daily specials. From the addictive wings to the sinful fried Oreo dessert, everything on the menu is AWESOME.

Service was spot-on, I told our server we were in a rush to get to the airport. She was quick to let the cook know, all of the food came out quickly without compromising on quality or service. The outdoor area was clean and cozy, perfect for soaking up some sunshine while enjoying our meal, or smoke break for those who smoke.
