Being hungry and in need of some decent Chinese food where other Asian restaurants aren’t working on Monday. I have resulted myself with Panda Express as their quality in food have been unmatched for such a long time during my residence in the U.S., however, this time it changes tremendously. First of all, the food that I ordered is the plate with choices of fried rice, orange chicken and walnut Shrimp. So it is common knowledge that the Walnut Shrimp 🍤 is extra $1.25 but with only SIX Shimps —- SIX SHRIMPS! The total of my plate is $12.10 with Texas sales tax! Would you pay for this for $12! Secondly, the chicken and shrimps aren’t crispy and saucy as it have been under the hot lamp for A LONG TIME!!! So I’m paying the food for $12 that is not even good. Probably Panda Express here EQUALS 🟰 FROZEN CHINESE FOOD!!! Finally, to the guy who served the food for me, PLEASE RETRAIN OR FIRE 🔥 HIM. 6 - SIX SHRIMPS and he criticizes me as an OVERSIZED SERVINGS! Who gives you people to criticize customers like that. Even the manager there didn’t interfere and just let him said that. VERY DISAPPOINTED towards the Service!
Sooooo SERVICES and FOOD are both BAD. If you need food, please gets other restaurants than this particular ones!

Read moreI bought food here yesterday, and it used to be my favorite place. However, I found a piece of plastic in my food. As someone who has been working fast food for 2 years, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I called them about the situation so that they can be aware that their food has plastic remenants and other CONTAMINANTS! This is a major food and health safety violation.
When I called, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She basically just question me, implying that I was just trying to get free food even when I rejected the free entrée offer. When I told her that I was just concerned about the food health and safety violation, she implied that I was stupid, and said that "oh it's probably just from the plastic bag the food came in, it's not that big of a deal."
I do not want to eat at a place that considers food health and safety violations as something that is not a "big deal". People have gotten sick and even died from contaminants like this. It's food safety 101. Now I am seriously beginning to doubt if any of these people have their food...
Read moreThis Panda Express location clearly needs to improve its staff training, especially when it comes to customer service. We visited a few hours before closing, and despite the restaurant being almost empty, the staff seemed pushy and rude throughout our experience. It felt like we were being rushed while placing our order, even though there was no visible reason to be.
Additionally, several items were either out or running low. When staff asked the cooks to prepare more food, their responses were rude and dismissive, creating a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. It honestly felt like none of the employees wanted to be there that night.
We didn’t see a manager on the floor until we were nearly finished, which made it clear that the team was lacking oversight during our visit.
That said, the food itself was pretty good, which helped redeem the experience a bit. But overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy left us disappointed. I hope the management takes note and improves staff training because with better service, this location has the potential to offer a much better...
