The food was good, service was basic for a fast food restaurant. What sucked about my experience was that I had called an hour ahead of time and spoke to a manager and mentioned if was taking my daughter and her friends for a meal and that we were celebrating her 13th bday. My daughter chose canes of all places. Any way, I called and asked if anything could be done just to make her experience just a little more especial. I didn’t know what to expect, I just wanted to ask. The manager said yes, I can get a table ready and pull out some canes swag for them. I was like yay!!! She said to wait one hour. I arrived with anticipation, but unfortunately there was nothing done. I asked the cashier and mentioned my convo with the manager, she told her manager and the manager said she was counting a registers cash and would come out to help once she was done. She never came. I was pretty bummed out tbh. I’m glad I didn’t tell my daughter before hand because it would have sucked a little more for her. Her friends and her still enjoyed their time there with each other. Moral of the story: don’t say you can do something if you can’t actually pull through, just say...

Honestly I would give it 5 stars however, the ONLY bad thing I could say about this establishment is that the restroom is small and lacks some space. Just 1 toilet and urinal so expect to wait at times for the bathroom. Besides that, the atmosphere is great! Nice design with disco balls setting an uplifting scene! Service has always been great! Usually your food is out within the minute if not less! And when you do wait for your order, you'll expect to still get it at a relatively fast pace regardless!! The food is top notch! The chicken is juicy and tender and combos so well with their Cane sauce! The toast is just the right amount of buttery with some pleasant crunch to it still while having a soft center!! I very much recommend going to this Raising Cane's!!! The price for the food is so affordable!! 20 bucks can get you a combo and you'll still have enough to pay for 1-2 extra of your choice of sauce and tenders! Besides the small restroom, there's nothing negative I can give this establishment even...

We have all have good and bad experiences for the first time. Today was a first bad. So I'm hoping this review will help this specific employee to change her attitude. And today of all days, my family is having it extremely difficult. So it's true when the phrase "you don't know what someone else is going through" is said. So that's the only reason I held my composure when I walked away and she said "ok" to a box being left at the counter. I'm not a mind reader to know what she wanted me to do with the box. Customer service is not easy. I'm aware of that. I'm huge on believing NO the customer is NOT always right! But this minor little thing could have been handled completely different. I already sensed either frustration or some sort of anger from the moment we walked in. Again, this review might help her to reflect on how she could have done business better. We learn from our mistakes to make future...

We visited the Cane's located one block North of Trenton on 1th St. Actually, we are there two days in a row. I really liked it and wanted to see if it was as good the second time. Even though they messed up my son's order the first time, mine was solid. So was it better the second time? No, but was it as good as the first time? You better believe it! Crispy Chicken Tenders, Creamy Coleslaw, Crinkle cut Fries, Tasty dipping Sauce, and Toasted Bread that's always on point. Cane's hands down has the best Tea out there, and if you follow me you know I drink Tea. Also, on both visits our food was ready before we could finish filling our drink cups. Could I eat Cane's for a third day in a row? I'm sure I could but I wouldn't want to. Their tea I could drink everyday!!

The food here is okay, the combo box is what I normally order and I will say that the tenders on my last order were smaller than previous visits and the fries were pretty soggy. The bread was really delicious, the coleslaw was just okay. The dipping sauce was just okay, it didn't taste as good as previous visits, overall an okay place for chicken tenders but the food is pricey.
