Siempre Natural 'North 10th' — Restaurant in McAllen

I would give ZERO stars to this place if i could. In store the customer service is subpar, and what really put me over the edge was me trying to put in a catering call over the phone. First girl answered, when i said i wanted to put in an order, passed the phone to someone else. Second girl, i got in one part of my order until "uuuhhh hold on", then passed on to the manager who I asked " do i continue the order or start over?" and he just said "yeah"... what???? I had only ordered ONE thing and they were making it seem like it was a complicated order that I had to be passed on to 3 different people. THEN the MANAGER also tells me to hold on and passes me to yet another person asking me to restart. I just hung up. HORRENDOUS customer service. They called back thinking we got cut off and said "sorry we had a lot of people". I dont understand how they passed me along to 4 different people but didn't have enough people to cover the physical clients??? I called a different siempre location and it took 3:30 min to place my order thank goodness they had more sense. The extra drive is worth it, I will never go to that location and I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE. I have never been so disgusted by customer service. I'm LIVID. EDIT: Manager just called me asking if i put in an order... YEAH I TRIED ALMOST TWO WEEKS AGO.. how unorganized can...

The worst service, all the employees are so rude, the food is almost fanned in your face and when you arrive they see you with a contemptious face, every time a customer enters they make a worse face, of course the flavors will not be the same in Mexico, but the way they prepare it is horrible I have years of eating in always natural, I know the menu and I order directly, a gentleman arrived after me I didn't know how the menu was I ordered a salad I had no idea of the ingredients or how to order it the lady in charge of the box saw it horrible I didn't even take the time to explain or recommend something, I was just rushing him, terrible service this branch is horrible I already stopped coming for the same thing but I gave it one more chance because I thought that maybe the employees were already different, everything is still just as horrible, the service and the way of serving the food, I recommend you drive a And go to the mission by the expressway... the question where are the managers??? So many complaints with the same thing and everything remains the same... workers if you don't like to give us a service look for...

I would give this place ten stars if I could. It's clean, And the food is delicious! On top of all this ..... "Gina" and "David" are definitely the definition of (Customer Service). I see them both doing things without being asked and always do it with a smile. They show pride and love what they do. "David" went above and beyond to make his customers happy on a few visits. Today was exceptional! A suggestion of "Sugar Free" Lemonade was made and told them they should start selling it. He happily went to the back and made some. On another date, a suggestion was made to "Gina" about having more Mexican tuna on hand since they had run out a couple times. Well. They have been on point with an exceptional experience. I can't stress that the restaurant on its own is pretty darn good. BUT...... without "Gina" AND "David"....... this place would not be what it is. Very pleasurable and delicious for any time!
