After ordering our food we waited exactly 1 hour for our food. We weren't the only ones checking in for an ETA because no one told us anything or were providing updates. They are a no tipping facility with signs posted that they do not accept tips because they pay their staff a wage. I felt like this method was possibly a detriment vs a bonus for them because the staff just didn't seem to care that we had waited one hour after placing our order except for one gentleman who gave us extra sausage in a bowl after they forgot to put it on the pizza we ordered. When we asked about the wait time they had responded with that they were waiting on a grill which from what we gathered was room to cook the 2 burgers we ordered. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and our bill was just under 80 dollars... with the hour and 15 minute total wait that was unexpected because there were many open tables I wouldn't recommend this place. The fries were really good though so order those if you do go. They did have a help wanted sign so maybe with more staff it could be better but with the no updates and even one staff having to pull out her airpods of her ear when we tried to get help with our wrong made order that we had waited so long for it overall left us all feeling like we were a burden vs customers and we were...

Just commenting on my service tonight. I am unable to wear a mask due to medical reasoning. The lady, Jennifer, was unable to comprehend why I was exempt from wearing one. She said I was breaking the law and I needed to take it up with the manager if I had an issue. With her rude expressions and reasonings, she ended up ringing me up wrong. She told me to wait outside due to not having a mask, I complied. While waiting outside I checked about every ten minutes. Leaving it to be twenty minutes long to wait for ā3ā pizzas, I had ordered. But Jennifer ended up getting my order wrong and shorted me of a pizza after waiting this long. Not sure if this was on purpose, but I was confronted by other staff which were very very sweet. Iām not sure why Jennifer had it out for me and my family, I even told the workers I am a local (which makes a difference sometimes) and seemed like Jennifer had it out for me due to my medical condition I do not feel comfortable sharing to the public. (Nor do I have to). But I feel okay with not spending money to this company if I am supporting Jennifer and her poor service. I hope Troy will be able to fix her attitude or fix the company.

She rang up one of our meals wrong, and when we pointed it out to her upon receiving the wrong item, she suggested we should have checked the receipt we were given. (Iāve never had to double check a placed order before unless at a drive thru like McDonaldās). Then she took the burger back in the kitchen and just scraped off the part of the burger that was incorrect. You could see this because she disappeared for less than a minute, and the sauce was still on the burger along with scrape marks where she removed the ingredients. I ended up going directly to the kitchen staff and asking them to remake it, which they were really friendly and apologetic about.
I understand being short staffed, but Iāve never seen this happen before, even with the worst of staffing situations. She also ordered us another basket of fries, which we didnāt ask for, and charged us for it. We didnāt even bother trying to get it corrected after the burger issue. The only reason I didnāt rate the service as low as possible is because the kitchen staff were amazing.
