This library is a gem for the town of McCall. I'm lucky to have a house in the library district, but it would be worth paying for a membership if I didn't. The librarians are super, willing to talk with the patrons and offer suggestions and help you find your materials. My husband and I usually pick up DVDs when we come into town to watch while we are here. The checkout system sends you a notice of what you have borrowed so you can look back later, and a reminder the day before it is due. They have internet access, and a printer with per page costs. I've seen programs for children/youth like a summer reading program, and a weekly Maker meetup.

The library has a great selection of kids books, the bathroom is always clean, and the staff are very friendly. Membership is free for those who live in the city limits and Wi-Fi is free with membership. My only complaint is the shorter Saturday hours but I'm not deducting a star for that because I've only been to the library a handful of times on a Saturday.
