Let's be perfectly clear about this rating. The owners were both rude and condescending. They were upset because of the rating I gave on another app and insisted that if I purchased a full beer and not just a taster the rating would have higher. So basically the owners are now telling their customers what their opinions should be. The owners obviously believe they make perfection and aren't grown adults who can take any kind of criticism. Nope not a usual customer and won't be a repeat one either. So I'll edit this further. Let's add a bit of logic to it. So why would the brewery give out a free taste... We'll that would so the patron could decide if they would like to purchase a full glass. So the owners want you to make a decision based on a few sips yet don't think it's fair for a rating to be made in those same few sips? Not very logical. It's apparent that this establishment is more concerned about it's ratings than actually respecting other people's opinions and providing friendly service. By questioning the rating given (which were all average or better) they have actually earned a low rating for their poor attitude in a far more visible forum. So sorry that your customers felt thier experience was diminished as while I was your customer in the moment,. My enjoyment was also ruined by your lack of respect for anyone's opinion other than your own. Good luck to you in the future. Hopefully you will treat...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Copperhill Brewery and I must say that it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly smile. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with tasteful décor and a charming ambiance that instantly put me at ease.
But it wasn't just the atmosphere that impressed me, the beer selection was also incredible. The brewery offers a wide variety of craft beers, ranging from light and refreshing to bold and complex, with something to satisfy every palate. Each beer was expertly crafted, showcasing the brewmaster's skill and dedication to their craft.
What truly made my experience outstanding, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable and memorable.
In summary, I highly recommend Copperhill Brewery to anyone looking for a fantastic beer experience. The atmosphere, beer, and service are all outstanding, and it's truly a gem in the community. I can't wait to...
Read moreFour of us visited Copperhill Brewery when taking the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway last week. Very impressed! We sampled a flight of five ales. Holden's Pale Ale, Mine Shaft Rye, Burra Brown, Rolling Coal Black Rye and the Gose. All of them very good beers. I wanted to try the Scotch Ale but they were out (a sign it is a good ale). Very reasonably priced with a friendly beertender. I have been brewing for 20+ years and have visited breweries all over the country and would rate this in the top 20 I have visited and just as good (okay...maybe better🍺) than anything I brew). Lots of room with a great atmosphere that displays the very interesting history of the copper mining industry in the area. They have a semi-private room with a fireplace, sofa and seating for several beer aficionados. This is a must-visit when in...
