Very disappointed today. As this was my go to location! I’ve always wanted to be able to order from them thru the app but they never had mobile ordering at this location. Well, I got my free bday reward for a dessert for signing up with captain ds in my email and decided to look and see if I could order at my “favorite” location. It showed I could. Yaaay! So I place my order and head that way. (25mn one way) I get in the drive thru and was told my total is a different price than what my app shows (the app says to either pay at store or with a gift card that’s the only options) I tell him my app says a different price. He has a condescending attitude and tells me his receipt says something different. So I tell him it’s possibly the birthday reward that didn’t come off. I’m told again w an attitude he’s a franchise store they don’t do that. So I tell him go ahead and cancel the order. Well now I’m unable to get my bday reward cause it looks as if it’s used thru the app. I’ll definitely be taking my business to the brand new captain ds further up the street.

Read moreThe last few times I’ve visited this establishment it’s been awful. The owners are rude and unwilling to help. Never asked for a refund but decided to try it again today and asked if it was up to standards I wanted a refund this meal before I took it from the restaurant. The owner a young man told me I was a liar and said if he went to a place and it wasn’t good he wouldn’t return. 😂🤣 well I tried to give him business after 6 months later from last try. I’m not sure if the cultural barrier was an issue or if he is just this uncaring and rude about his business. But I visited the one in Stockbridge and it was fantastic. I have visited several in other area and they are fantastic.
