This is the worst location ! There is pretty much always long wait time !Ordered a Extra most best.I looked at the pizza there wete a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza! I pulled back around to the window to show the young lady then she called over a guy who said yeah that’s what you ordered the extra pepperoni is under the cheese ! Only to get home to find out there was no pepperoni under the cheese . I called the store and was transferred a couple of times to a guy who left me on hold for 1 hr 15 minutes! I called back to get a young lady who transferred me to a man supposedly manager who was VERY RUDE and argumentative! When I told him I was left on hold he said well it wasn’t me . I explained about the pizza he said I should’ve got 8 extra pepperoni I said I didn’t and he didn’t tell me that at the store or I would got a regular because there was no extra cheese or pepperoni ! He said ma'am what you want me to do about it very rudely went back n forth with me ask me what I wanted then gave phone to lady who said I had to bring that pizza back to get another one at 10:00 pm at night with my kid and I’m not rt around the corner from this store after speaking with them several times now I needed to come back when I asked for their names I heard the guy in the back ground tell her to hang up on me ! Do she did !Called back again to be put on hold then back to same rude guy whi would not give me his name still said I wanted to argue instead of taking my name and saying we will remake it he hung up on...
Read moreI accidentally placed an order with this store on this past Saturday March 9th and the order was for the college park location. I called this store several times from open to close and nobody answers the phone. Then sent in a complaint twice and called corporate for them to tell me it will take them 3 to 5 business days for the District Manager to get back to me. I’ve never in my life know a business that suppose to care for there customers to take this long to respond to a customer let alone giving me a refund. Just about all little ceasers locations are nasty looking I’m sure most locations are bringing in less then 3000 a day. So where is the focus. The delivery of the pizzas are very inconsistent from location to location. So with all that being said I’m sure there is enough service breaks for either someone to answer the phone or at least respond to my complaint it’s not Wednesday which starts the 3 to 5 day wait which is absolutely insane. Read moreThey used to be really good but lately there’s always been an issue with the food. Recently we ordered a regular stuffed crust pepperoni but they gave us a completely different pepperoni pizza with some green pesto looking stuff and normal crust. We’ve actually ordered stuffed crust on numerous occasions and their either out or they just don’t give you what you ordered. We also ordered a supreme that was undercooked and, for both pizzas, all of the cheese and ingredients were piled towards the middle instead of being all the way up to the crusts so a huge portion of the pizza is just crust (which is pretty usual as well). It’s either the wrong order, undercooked, burnt, old, or missing key details that was ordered. If you order online they’ll just cancel your order if their out of certain ingredients, which wouldn’t be a problem at all if they would actually answer their phones, which they don’t.
