When I walked in the manager was yelling at this other lady employee and the employee told the lady manager that when she came in it was all messed up. We're talking about the condiments and soda counter. The manager just yelled back at her "no it wasn't" right in front of customers and I thought that this place probably sucks already! There was a dirty rag counter cleaning cloth you know one of they use in the cafeterias and on stainless steel along with a package that looked like it had a meal in it from someplace else other than McDonald's it's sat there for over an hour I was at this McDonald's complaining in the audience. There was a cell phone plugged into the wall for over 45 minutes out in the lobby and nobody attended to it. So I asked his gentleman who is in a nice dress shirt yellowish if he was the manager and he said yes but he came out around the counter and I told him about the phone and the trash and cleaning regular on this table that could seat 6 people or no it was a counter so it would see three people over there roughly. But not while that rag is sitting there. The longer I stood around and waited for my chance to get my order in the more I heard complaints from other people and then there was a gentleman and his son who politely said yeah I've been standing here for 15 minutes and I was the only person in front of that man. You have four people working at the fry cooker the manager is out in the lobby doing nothing but talking to people oh does just happen to be three people that are on break from their job so that makes poor people in McDonald's uniforms standing around in your lobby doing nothing. I'll go across the street to Burger King before I ever go to McDonald's again. And when the manager was yelling at the employee, by the way I would have quit on the spot thrown the rag in her face and told her to go to hell, she was standing right next to this dirty rags and this meal in a styrofoam container that was wrapped in a bag that sat there for I swear to God an hour. And this McDonald's is right next to my hotel doesn't that suck for McDonald's now you just lost out on 5 more meals maybe more between me and my workers I'm just counting one more meal for all of us. Oh and also the gentleman that I called attention to was a McDonald's inspector he told me this is not my restaurant I'm just an inspector well if you're just an inspector then just fail...

They let you order nuggets and drinks then tell you after you have paid & waited for your food that they dont have any sauce(this happened twice) or drinks from the fountain. Apparently they had to buy 2 liters from the store and the options were limited to soda only, although I order honest apple juice for my toddler. The managers always use the the excuse I'm just here today this isn't my store. They're on their phones when you order so its no wonder they screw up orders. One time I had to order 2 4 piece nugget meals because drive thru person could not figure out how to order a 6 piece meal & she eventually said they took the 6 piece off the menu(they didn't because it was still pictured and a week later I could order it. TODAY was the last straw....I was at the lane to the right and watched several cars on the left side have their orders taken and move on. When I said hello the drive thru lady asked me to hold on. I continue to watch the other line move along & a few minutes later I said hello and the rep snapped. Told me I could exercise my right to leave and go somewhere else. I explained that I thought the mic may have been broken because cars on the other side were having their orders taken. She told me I could leave & she was beyond rude and unprofessional so I left because I couldn't trust they wouldn't do anything to my food. I could go on and on about the lack of tack and customer service this location has.
The only positive thing about this McDonald's is the older lady that works the drive thru for breakfast during the weekend. She is polite consistent and the ONLY positive thing at this location.
I wouldn't be surprised if this location was closed down soon. Its the closest to where I live but I'll drive the extra 10 minutes. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY'RE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moremy husband, our two kids and I went to eat lunch and let the kids play on the playground this afternoon and instead of having a pleasant off day with the kiddos we walked into a disaster. All the tables were dirty, the staff was not very friendly or professional, the playground area was hotter than outside I guess the air wasnāt working, and our food took over 30 minutes to get out (was still missing items when we got it and nothing was fresh). I have worked in the service industry for YEARS and not in fast food but actual dine in restaurants and my manager would have an absolute fit if the food was on that type of time and not freshly made. when I asked to speak to a manager I was told it wasnāt a good idea and then on top of that when I did see an actual manager and tried to speak she ignored me. I called the number that was by the door to the restaurant and while I was on the phone with the āoffice for McDonaldāsā another manager walked up to me that I hadnāt seen and asked was I the one on the phone with her supervisor and I of coarse told her yes and told her what was going on. She said sheād give us 50% off our next visit but we wonāt be going back, I never got the items I was missing and never got the money back for them. as I was walking out I heard a man complaining about the wait and the number of cars pulled up and the manager I spoke to kept walking past him and said āthat attitude will get you nowhereā ⦠Iām not from this area but we come up pretty often and Iām not pleased at all with my experience today and what I witnessed. Donāt scream that your āunderstaffedā and then have employees in the back laughing and playing around, itās unprofessional and unfair to customers that spend their hard earned money on the food. also, a customer expressing their experience with you isnāt āgiving you attitudeā itās giving you constructive criticism and maybe you should use it and construct your staff...
