I pulled up to wendys excited after watching several tiktoks and youtube reviews about the new promo pretzel burger. I arrived at the restaurant and once I got to the box the girl was like “exact change or you cant order” which I them let her know I had a mobile order. I got to the window and the staff member stated they did not have my burger buns, the baked potato, nor the drink I ordered. Im like okay?? Are you going to replace it with something she says all i got is lemonade. Obviously they were stealing because why are you only accepting exact change. After that I sat there upset trying to cancel my order when she stated that she had already finalized the order so again I’m livid. I then ask her what does she have to replace the bun “ regular bun” ok I’ll take that. She didn’t even ask me about replacing the potato she didn’t have so I asked what are you going to replace the potato with being that I’ve already paid for my order she then states she dont have nothing but fries and I hear the guy in the back say “im not doing nothing else”. So fast forward to me getting the burgers. Once I receive them i ask her is all the add ons on the burgers which she states yes so I ask my husband to check the burgers only to find out theres no lettuce, no tomato, no pickle no onion just meat and cheese so i show her the burger’s open and she takes them back. She then tells me she can give me fries for the baked potato which im like no can i atleast get a large fry i paid extra for that potato sp she agrees and walks away again and gives me a bag with the burgers I open them up it’s disgusting sauce everywhere they just opened up the cheese and slapped the extras on there the paper was wet and disgusting. I drove off livid and pulled over to check my bag and all the fries are cold af so yea my experience was horrible trying to get this burger. I am absolutely neverrrr going back to this location again and leaving a google review. The other times I’ve arrive on my lunch and they are inside but say they are closed on the speaker I spend alot of money at Wendys with my family so I was disgusted with how the customers were being treated here. Read moreThe worst experience I've had at fast food restaurant. I ordered a number 2 large combo. First they tell me they're only taking cards no cash....which is not to big of a deal with me. Then I wanted to get a strawberry frosty and she said they were out of all frosty..so i purchased my order with my debit card total came to 12 dollars and some change. I waited and waited and mind you there are no other customers inside, the drive thru is packed as usual. But they seem to be more concerned with the drive thru orders than filling mine and mind you no other customers came inside the whole time. I would say I waited about 20 minutes and after seeing meals prepared for drive thru customers and im being ignored,I got fed up and left and will not be going back to this Wendy's anymore. Now I have to place a dispute on my card. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and judging by the reviews for that location, Im definitely not the only one who is tired of poor service. Definitely need to get that mess of a location together!!! Decided to take my business to a more respectful restaurant, 5 guys and while the prices may be higher, I was treated as a person and got my meal fast and honestly....alot more delicious. Read moreI do not usually leave reviews but it’s always something at this Wendy’s. I came to get a quick bite bc I have food cooking at home. Just to get there and the girl at the window is deep into her phone she can’t hear. I said mobile order 4-5x just to get to the window and nothing made sense. Burger folded bad, missing nuggets, they didn’t have any BBQ or Sweet and Sour. They actually thought it was funny tbh. Pull off look inside the bag for fries and they didn’t even put enough in the SMALLEST size!!! I cannot make this up. Tried to get my money back Reggie couldn’t give a damn. I told him that im letting his manager and corporate know bc this is two meals back to back that they messed up. Rather than attempting to add more to this XXS fry I got (I haven’t ate any in the picture) he just gives a blank stare saying he can’t refund mobile orders. Like accommodate to avoid a negative review going steps above you??? Guess not though. It’s already slow at this location the least you can do is have supplies and customer service skills. Something.
