So in the last month I've been since location twice. Each time that I've gone the older lady that looks like she smokes two packs of cigarettes a day with the wrinkled face and the black fingernails is so disrespectful and rude. Today I went at about 2:00 a.m. after coming home from work and tried to order breakfast. When I asked if she had breakfast she simply said nope! So I said okay let me have a minute and 30 seconds later she yelled into the microphone are you ready yet!
I was at this location as I stated about a month ago and this same lady was so disrespectful and rude when I pulled up to pick up a doordash order and I gave her the number she yelled at me saying we don't have that order here and literally argued until her manager came over and said it's right here. I thought it was an isolated incident that she just was having a bad night because it was busy and they were short-staffed but it appears that even when there is nobody in line and it's very slow she still has a terrible attitude. Clearly customer service is not her forte nor is she happy with her job. I realize that this McDonald's in particular struggles with getting meals out on time and is very slow but customer service should be something that is looked upon as an important asset seeing that people are paying money for your commodities. It's shameful that this lady is probably a manager overnight and giving an example to the young kids that work there to be so...
Read moreI like this McDonald's as it is on my way home. The dinning area is always spotless and the women's bathroom always clean. I stopped by on 2/7 and saw they had added the self order kiosks since I had last been there. I asked if I had to use the kiosk and Sandy told me no, they could take order at counter. I decided to try something new and she ran over to help me. We went through the process and my only complaint would be that instead of adding things I wanted to my quarter pounder, I had to take things off. I understand why, so you can see what comes with, but since I only wanted light ketchup, it took a while. Also, it was a little confusing when I was done ordering but wanted to pay with cash. I believe the choices were "cancel" "add to order". I did not want to do either so, Sandy and I decided going forward was better than starting over. we hit "add to order" and hoped for the best. It worked out fine. It was something new. As we were doing this, the drive through person asked for more dollar bills. She went to take care of that, but when she was done I heard her ask the staff if "the woman had gotten her quarter pounder". When leaving I mentioned to Sandy how much I enjoyed my quarter pounder, probably one of the best I have ever had at McDonald's...ever. She laughed. Maybe it is because of the kiosk! Thank...
Read moreIt wasn't very busy at 9:15pm so you would think the staff would be on top of things preparing for the next run of business. They must have been training new help or there was a run of business just before I got there. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
At the ketchup dispenser there was nothing to stop the ketchup from pouring into the cabinet and I had mistakenly thought it was garbage when I opened the cabinet door I realized other customers thought the same. I told the manager but he look like he already knew about it.
I had ordered a Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich and for some reason they had run out of tomatoes or they weren't sliced so I had them replace it with a slice of cheese. As for the sandwich it was a pretty good item. First time with that style of sandwich.
Then manager had to get the window cashier to go clean or restock one of the restrooms. If the manager saw the problem why didn't he just fix the problem himself. I felt they were under staffed. What they should have done was have a couple staffers go around the restaurant to make sure everything was restocked and cleanup before sending anyone home. But what do I know. I just wanted an ice latte...
