Good pizza, but the price and service, or lack thereof no longer justifies being a customer.
Service has always been rude sounding over the phone. News flash: we know you’re busy, but you don’t have to make it a point to be short with customers, nor laugh over the phone at the disagreement we might be having.
The nail in the coffin today was, I had called to ask about buying just their cheese for their pizza. I do this, because I’m a cook and I believe in using quality ingredients. You know, the same quality ingredients that the company advertises? The whole point of eating a Chicago style pizza is supposedly, you can’t get it anywhere else.
Today, upon asking the cashier about it, the manager gets on the phone and says “alright, so what do you want?”. As if that’s professional dialogue. A better way to say it would have been “how may I help you”, for starters.
The “guy” says to me, when I asked him about buying cheese, go buy some at the store it’s the same, with a laugh.
Now I’m not sure how many of you have tried to make pizza at home, but if you don’t have the proper blend of mozzarella, or provolone, or, the proper moisture level, like ultra low moisture, part skim, vs low moisture whole milk, there’s plenty of differences.
I argued and clearly stated that I begged to differ, being a cook most of my life and working as a GM in pizza for over 20 years. He quickly retaliates with “and I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been doing it for 30” as of now we are comparing d* sizes.
The bottom line is, I wanted to buy cheese from you and give you business. Because YOU, the so called manager just wanted to laugh and argue, you lost a 30 year customer.
I also challenge you to make a better pizza than I. I’d like to start a poll on that one. Loser.
The included pizza I made is cheese from a competitors. Was delicious!
1 star. Couldn’t even try their special pricing to see if this was worthwhile. Company falsely advertised 3.50 pizza but wouldn’t pick up...
Read moreI called, spoke to a young lady gave her my address and asked if they delivered there, she checked with her manager and they said yes, so I placed an order with the lady. Informed her that my 14 year old niece will be getting the pizza because I was not home at the time. She said not a problem just have her sign. I said okay. I get a call from my niece after the gentleman delivered the pizza telling me that the pizza man informed her that she needed to tip him at least 10 dollars for driving all the way out there. She said no, it’s not my money it’s my aunts money and I can’t do that. Her being 14 , left the tip box empty and just signed her name. So I stopped what I was doing, called the place back. The same young woman who I spoke to answered. I explained to her that I don’t appreciate my niece being treated like that by their driver. And that if it was “too far” like the driver said that I should have been told and I would have taken my business elseware. She said that it’s definitely not too far. She put the manager on the phone. He was nice to start out with. Told me that he would check into my claim and give me a call back. But then the driver walked in and the manager puts me on hold, and then gets on with an attitude. Saying “ your niece gave him a 10 dollar tip, he questioned the tip. And asked for an adult to come to the door.” First off, I’m not stupid. There is nobody in the world that questions a 10 dollar tip. Nobody. But I told the manager I want to know what is written on that receipt and he says your niece wrote him a 10 dollar tip. I’m like no she didn’t. I don’t appreciate your driver writing in his own tip. He goes he did not write in his own tip and he isn’t pushy or rude. But by the way he talked to my niece I’d beg to differ. I told him to offset the tip. And I’ll never return with my business again. This...
Read moretonight i called rosattis and spent almost $200 per USUAL for our large family. At least 2 times a month we order about if not more than this amount of food. We received our food but not our salads so i called and let them know that we didn't get them 3 side salads and 2 meal salads they said they weren't out with the driver so they would call me back after they got a hold of him. 10 minutes later they call me back and tell me the driver said i put them on top of my vehicle. I never left my gate where my cars were but i still had my husband check in case HE maybe left them on one. No salads so i called back to tell them that they were indeed NOT on top of my vehicle they send the driver back to my house to tell me that he gave the salads to my CHILD which is not at all what happened because everything she got she handed to my husband who put it on the table. I told him i dont know where they are but i did not get them. Already irritated we sit down to eat the food we did get and split it up to feed the 2 people who didnt get there food (myself and my daughter ordered only salads) we open the pizza and the calzone that are both sausage and it is chopped up Italian sausage links and there is no shrimp sauce. So this time my mother in law calls and tells them that this is ridiculous and asks what is going on over there. Our order has never been this messed up before he tells her we got our salads and lied about it. And that the sausages is what they always use (not true) if that was the case and we were just trying to screw them why would we lie about salads?? Like why not the shrimp? Or the ribs? So we are not getting our salads because they swear we got them. They sent us out shrimp sauce but nothing else. Ive never been displeased enough to go public with something like this but i am...
