Auntie Anne's & Jamba Mckinney — Restaurant in McKinney

If I could give 0 stars I would! We ordered and there were 4 cars in front of us. By them time we pulled up two cars had already left out of line because of the wait. It’d had been about 5/6 minutes since we had ordered. So we went inside to see what was wrong and there was 1 person waiting on an order and the line moved so I went back in the car. We told the girl at the register that the people ahead of us had left and told her our order so she could could get our order. After 10 minutes of being after we got to the window we waved her over (cause she was busy cleaning some machine)and asked how long the order would be and she said we just put it in the oven it’ll probably be another 5-10 minutes. We said can we just get a refund and not worry about about it she said yes.The girl called the manager over and we saw her talk to the girl and roll her eyes while looking at us and walked away. After another few minutes of her taking additional orders we drove off loosing out of our $11 order with no food and no refund. Totally done...

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through with no response. At some point I ended up pulling up into the window and the employee inside would not make eye contact with me. I called the store several times and continued to get hung up on. Finally someone answered and told me they wouldn’t be able to take my drive-through order because they were the only person that showed up for work today and the lobby is extremely packed. I ended up going inside and did not see anyone in the lobby. I also saw another employee besides the one I spoke to. The shelves were empty of product besides 1 dried up cup of nuggets. I asked the employee if this was all they had he said yes because he’s the only one here so I ended up leaving. Although it seems I caught this employee in a few lies I’m more frustrated with management or lack-thereof. If there was a labor shortage and food shortage at their store, it would seem logical to close the store down for the day. I came here a bit after 4:30 on 1/5/24. I also reported this incident...

This is my second time coming after a year or so! And I cannot believe it is still the same long wait! The first time I’d ever went - the girl said it was only An 8 min wait and turned out to be 20 mins until I knocked on the drive thru window like hello?? I have to go to work?? What going on? I ended up having to change what I actually wanted to what they had available for me to get now. Anyways this second time I’m here. I’ve been waiting 40 mins 🫠😵‍💫 why do I want auntie Anne’s this bad. This is a shame. The man was nice and all. But no one should ever be waiting more than 15 mins for food period. Ever. It’s clearly some disorganization. And wish they’d really get it together. Bc this is the only one nearby that isn’t inside a mall. Ugh. I unfortunately won’t come back though it’s just too long.
